Tolerance is a trait that many people do not master

I think that tolerance is a trait that not everyone can possess Many people think that tolerance means that a person is weak or that he easily gets over mistakes but the truth is completely different Tolerance requires great strength and courage because you choose not to let anger control you and this is not easy at all.

In many situations in our lives we are exposed to injustice or misunderstanding and sometimes we are very upset with someone and then we have two choices either we continue to carry the anger and pain or we try to forgive and move on I believe that tolerance is a decision that liberates a person before it is a favor to others When you forgive you feel a tremendous psychological comfort as if you have lifted a heavy burden from your shoulders and this in itself is a wonderful thing.

But this does not mean that a person must forgive everything or forget the offense completely Tolerance is one thing and allowing yourself to be hurt again is another thing entirely There has to be a balance between being a forgiving person and not allowing anyone to take advantage of you True forgiveness is when you choose not to let anger control you but at the same time learn from the experience and not repeat it.

I think that people who truly forgive have a strong heart and a mature mind Because forgiveness is not weakness on the contrary it is true courage The courage is to say I will not remain imprisoned in anger and to choose to live in comfort and peace This is something I hope many people understand because forgiveness gives life a more beautiful taste.
