Hamed was a simple young man who lived with his mother in a small house in the neighborhood. From a young age, he was very attached to her, perhaps because she was his whole life after his father's death. She was the one who encouraged and supported him in everything, and she continued to struggle to raise him well.
But time doesn't stand still. Days passed until his mother became very ill and was bedridden. Doctors said she needed constant care and this was a huge test for Hamed. He had the opportunity to travel to work and build his future but traveling meant leaving his mother alone during the most difficult time of her life and he become stronger.
Many people tried to convince him to travel, telling him, "You're young and have a future ahead of you, and your mother will understand your situation." But he saw things differently. For him, nothing in the world could replace being by her side when she needed him. He decided to stay by her side leaving his job behind and traveling that he was wishing and doing whatever he could to support her and provide her with the treatment she needed.
He would wake up every day prepare her food give her medicine on time and tell her funny stories to cheer her up. Sometimes he would be tired and exhausted but as soon as he saw her smile, he would forget everything. He believed that kindness wasn't just words it was actions and sacrifices that we have to do.
Months passed, and her condition began to improve slightly and she is better. Hamed stayed by her side until the last moments of her life. After she left him, his heart ached, but he was reassured that he had done what he could and hadn't left her alone.
Hamed's story isn't just an ordinary one, it's a message to everyone who has someone dear to them: that the time we spend with those we love is far more important than any money or opportunity. Because in the end, what remains within us is the comfort of having been there for them when they truly needed us.
