Hive Inbox - HiveSigner based login
- Today, we were able to integrate HiveSigner based login finally.
- As shown in the screenshot above, in the new release, users will see an extra option to sign-in with HiveSigner
Why HiveSigner?
- HiveSigner is most preferred way to login for most of the Ecency users.
- On top of that, most users don't have to redirect to Keychain app to approve transactions for upvote & comment.
- We strongly believe that HiveSigner users will love this new update.
- This is the rease, we decided to integrate HiveSigner even before rolling out the bug fix release.
How is the experience with HiveSigner?
- After implementing HiveSigner, we tested it on one of our test device.
- We realised that it doesn't require any redirection.
- Loading indicator is shown for a second & operations are broadcasted quickly.
- In my opinion, this is a good user experience.
When we ship HiveSigner?
- We are yet to test HiveSigner on iOS devices, macOS devices & iPadOS devices.
- Once we complete the testing on these devices, we'll ship a new release for both iOS & Android.
- After that, we'll continue our experiments with WebApp
Progress on Known bugs

- We are yet to test on iOS Devices

- We are doing necessary research to support web-app.

Rewarding Hive Content Creators
- I support several contests hosted by different communities.
- I reward them with Hive-Power-up for the contribution that they have made on communities on Hive.
- We keep transferring portion of hive power to different users on Hive for encouraging them for their contribution on Hive.
- Those who respond to our replies, we also reward them with different tokens like PIZZA, BEER
- No rewards were sent yesterday.
