Rare Coins, 80 Tons, and an Unbelievable Story

A few days ago, I happened to visit an old friend of mine’s shop, where we sat for a long time. During our conversation, he showed me an old book, in which rare coins were arranged in order.

At first, I thought that this was his personal hobby and that these coins were his own collection. But he told me that a man had about eighty tons of such coins. After listening this '80 tons' word, I was like 'How the hell someone can hold this much of coins?'
This man gave this sample book only to show customers and to test the market.

My friend’s shop is in a famous and busy market, where hundreds of people pass by every day. The man wanted to find a big buyer for these coins so that he could sell all the goods.

I did not understand at all what period these coins actually belonged to and what they were used for. Those old coins looked really strange, valuable and quite rare.
