Próbowałem skorzystać z @magi.network i oczywiście efektu możecie się domyślać, ale wymieniłem jakieś 8 HBD, żeby trochę wesprzeć @lordbutterfly w jego twierdzeniach, że wszystkiemu jest winny brak płynności - ten problem 'co było pierwsze kura czy jajko' występuje w wielu projektach i trzeba jakoś wyjść z pętli 'nie działa, bo nie ma płynności, nie ma płynności bo nie działa'. Każda transakcja zwiększa trochę płynność poprzez dołożenie do niej opłat transakcyjnych. Nawet takie drobne, jak ta moja. Wydaje mi się, że zamrożenie istotnej porcji środków z DHF w puli Magi mogło by mieć dobry wpływ na stabilność Hive, ale co ja tam wiem, lepiej się skupiać na tłamszeniu użytkowników, których liczba aktywnych regularnie spada. Brakuje mi takich oddolnych inicjatyw wspierających jakieś projekty, ale niekoniecznie związane bezpośrednio z tymi projektami i nie na przepalenie na pensje itp. Sam chętnie taki proposal by założył, gdyby istniał choć cień szansy na jego powodzenie. A przecież mówilibyśmy o drobnych z punktu widzenia DHF. Myślę, że 20-30 tys. dolarów by wystarczyło, żeby zapewnić płynność, która pozwalała by MAGI stało się realnym konkurentem dla internal market a zarazem wiązałoby tę ilość Hive i HBD zwiększając stabilność. Na większej stabilności zyskałbym ja i moi pracownicy.

An uneventful month. The route through Nexo and MEXC isn’t actually that bad, but most importantly, it isn’t expensive. I tried using @magi.network and, of course, you can probably guess how that went, but I swapped around 8 HBD just to give @lordbutterfly a bit of support for his argument that the real problem is the lack of liquidity. This whole “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” problem appears in many projects, and somehow you have to break out of the loop of “it doesn’t work because there’s no liquidity, and there’s no liquidity because it doesn’t work.” Every transaction increases liquidity a little by adding transaction fees to it — even small ones like mine.
It seems to me that locking a meaningful portion of DHF funds in the Magi pool could have a positive impact on Hive’s stability, but what do I know? Apparently it’s better to focus on squeezing users while the number of active users keeps steadily declining.
I miss grassroots initiatives aimed at supporting projects in ways that are not necessarily directly tied to those projects themselves, and not simply about burning money on salaries and similar expenses. I’d happily create such a proposal myself if there were even the slightest chance of it succeeding. And from the DHF’s perspective, we would be talking about relatively small amounts. I think $20,000–30,000 would be enough to provide the liquidity needed for MAGI to become a genuine competitor to the internal market, while at the same time locking up that amount of HIVE and HBD and thereby improving stability. Greater stability would benefit both me and my employees.

Zasady Hive'owego Programu Emerytalnego:

1. Uznaniową premię wplacaną na indywidualne konto Hive,

2. Premia w formie HBD,

3. W przyszłości przewiduję premię za np wynik, choć nie ukrywam, że wymagało by to większej transparentności i jakiegoś (choćby nieoficjalnego) regulaminu premiowania,

4. Premia wrzucana w savings,

5. Każdy z pracowników ma możliwość wypłaty wszystkich środków w każdym momencie z uwaględnieniem unstakingu,

6. Wypłata może nastąpić w HBD albo w PLN (minus 19%), może też nastąpić wydanie kluczy prywatnych do konta,

7. Dopóki będzie bitrefill to też pewnie będzie opcja wypłaty w tamtejszych produktach (to jest usługa podmiotu trzeciego więc nie będę w stanie zagwarantować, że będzie działać w przyszłości),

8. Nie pobieram żadnej prowizji za prowadzenie i obsługę,

9. Projekt niczego nie gwarantuje poza należytym i lojalnym działaniem z mojej strony,

Hive Pension Program Rules:

1. Discretionary bonus deposited into an individual Hive account,

2. Bonus in the form of Hive Bonus,

3. In the future, I anticipate a bonus, e.g., based on performance, although I must admit that this would require greater transparency and some (even unofficial) bonus regulations,

4. Bonus deposited into savings,

5. Each employee has the option to withdraw all funds at any time, taking into account unstaking,

6. Withdrawals can be made in Hive Bonus or PLN (minus 19%), and private keys to the account can also be issued,

7. As long as BitRefill exists, there will likely be a withdrawal option in their products (this is a third-party service, so I can't guarantee its future operation),

8. I don't charge any commission for management and service,

9. The project guarantees nothing except proper and loyal action on my part,
