(writing contest) finish the tale#14: a hundred years of night

Hello friends welcome to my blog. It's nice having you here again ☺️

No one in the village had seen the stars for a hundred years -until the night Charlie disappeared. A man who has lived for years, yet looked barely thirty. Rumors has it that he uses the stars power to remain young.

With the appearance of the stars in the sky, the villagers rushed out to see if it was real, staring at this starry vision the have longed for.

Just then the story that has been passed from generations
Crossed their minds. The story of two sisters Lina and Vida, the village's last shamans who where bound with unbreakable bond. Vida had fallen in love with Liam who's from an entirely different realm.

They were happy when they found out they were expecting. The sisters were both happy knowing someone will continue their legacy.
However the villagers soon got scared by the union of such force( Vida and Liam), and looked for ways to destroy them.

Tragedy unfolded when the villagers turned against the sisters. Lina was killed, but Vida and her lover fled with the villagers chasing after them. She went into an immediate labour, in a secluded area Charlie was born leaving Vida in a very poor condition left with no choice Liam went into hiding with Charlie..

As the villagers found vida dying, she cursed them. You shall see no stars in the sky for a hundred years. The only reminder of this story will be Charlie, destined to live on, as a witness to the curse.
