Hello friends, it's nice having you here again😊

Sitting at the dining table, I suddenly understood what home really mentioned. It's a surge of excitement, I could feel it. Until recently, it was just mum and me, with mum struggling to make ends meet. We hardly spent time together as family cause, mum has work and is always rushing to it.

I had often wondered about the family experiences my friend Emma shared, whilst envying her stories of family activities. I couldn't relate to any and for me it seemed almost too good to be true.

But everything changed when my dad who had been wrongly imprisoned for 19 yrs was finally vindicated and released. It was really hard adjusting to his presence but at least joyful. There was a lot of bonding and catching up between us two.
During the holiday, we decided to spend quality time together as a family. We planned dinner for the evening.

As we sat down to eat, the atmosphere felt magical. Warm smiles and hearty laughter filled the room, making it feel a whole lot like home. In that moment, I realized Emma's stories were genuine, and I was grateful to experience it for myself. This moment is imprinted in my memory forever.
