PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - 27 Mar 2026
Greetings everyone, hope is everyone doing great this lovely Friday. The latest brawl that my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended a couple of hours ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I setup each lineup against all the opponents that I am facing in the brawl and how I adjusted each lineup to we get the most out of each ruleset. Escalation cards are now in the brawls and making impact in the gameplay.
Right now my focus and fray to be competing in will be the ones with Conclave Arcana and Rebellion which is either fray 4 or 5. I started gathering more Conclave Arcana and Rebellion cards so as to strengthen my modern ranked battle games and at the same time, will allow me more versatility to handle each ruleset and hopefully these cards can help me a little in the brawls. To consistently remind myself, I cannot be just using the same old cards at the same level without growth as other players will grow and become stronger. So let's get right on with the brawl report.

| Selection: | Counterspell, Global Warming and Thick Skin. For this, it is clear that I should be choosing Quora with her in build heal, but unfortunately, Quora is banned from this match from opposing guild. Nevertheless, I tried to assemble something similar using death splinter focusing staying alive from the global warming with some melee and range cards. |
| Outcome: | Lose. Not the kind of start I would want to a brawl, but having Quora banned is a tough one. |

| Selection: | Maneuvers and Equalizer. For this match, we can use slightly lower health cards with better abilities here because health will be equalized. For me, this time round I used Dwarves and some of the cards with stronger abilities into my lineup. |
| Outcome: | Win! Every card in the lineup had a role and all played to what was expected. Abilities that I had managed to be played to the fullest to get the needed advantage. |

| Selection: | Fire and regret, born again, and no pain no gain. This combination is a little 50-50 because fire and regret is a good way for no pain no gain to get bigger. But I am not exactly familiar how well the ability can synergize and hold off, I decided to go for a safety approach and use deflect to ensure my cards are not affected by fire and regret. Ulund archon gives this ability and I lined up a good mix of attackers from all variant in for the lineup. |
| Outcome: | Win! Somehow my lineup was more suitable and helped my to hold on and get the win without all the negative returns coming back to weaken my lineup. |
Brawl 4

| Selection: | Aimless, What doesn't kill you and going the distance. A battle of range cards, so with my elves collection, actually it will be quite fun to boost a little and see how Bren Paleswron do his magic. |
| Outcome: | Win! With a much stronger set of range cards on my end, my opponent was unable to handle the consistent bombardment and Bren was doing sneaks with his melee attack as well to add pressure. |
Guild Final Tally
This brawl I am assigned 4 matches and I managed to win 3 of them, lost 1 and with 0 escaped opponent. 4 bonus win from unfilled fray. Quite a decent result though the loss was due to a ban on Quora which disabled me quite badly.
For this brawl, we ended up being placed at 5th position, not too bad as we climbed back up to a better position. We just gotta be consistent and learn as we fight to better ourselves.
Closing
Fewer people participate within the guild for multiple brawls counting and it is taking a toll on our SPS earned and ranking. We've shown our capability, so let's hope our members will return and fight alongside us.
