PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - 25 Jan 2026
Greetings everyone, it's the weekend and I hope you had spent some good time with your loved ones. The latest brawl that my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended about a day ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I setup each lineup against all the opponents that I am facing in the brawl and how I adjusted each lineup to we get the most out of each ruleset.
Right now my focus and fray to be competing in will be the ones with Conclave Arcana and Rebellion which is either fray 4 or 5. I started gathering more Conclave Arcana and Rebellion cards so as to strengthen my modern ranked battle games and at the same time, will allow me more versatility to handle each ruleset and hopefully these cards can help me a little in the brawls. To consistently remind myself, I cannot be just using the same old cards at the same level without growth as other players will grow and become stronger. So let's get right on with the brawl report.

| Selection: | Tis but scratches and Target Practice. For this, it will be pushing hard on armoured cards and those without melee will be targeted early. For me I chose an Ulund bloodline heavy lineup with Marisol supporting the matchup to slowly chew off opponent lineup. |
| Outcome: | Lose. Opponent gave their Marisol healing and I had trouble taking it down with a strong backline of magic attackers from my opponent side. And because of that, opponent sustained and I fall to their attacks. |

| Selection: | Collateral Damage. Not the best kind of match that I would like to play on but because I put in Decrepit Windseer and also had Quora, I am expecting to strike way harder than what it is coming back to me in order to outdamage my opponent to get the win. |
| Outcome: | Win! Plan worked perfectly with Quora just holding on real strong to get hold of the win. |

| Selection: | Shades of grey, collateral damage and earthquake. What's with the brawl, keep having collateral damage ruleset. Shades of grey means no Quora to be used, hence I used dwarf bloodline archon to have my dwarves with void to prevent further ease of getting damaged. I added loads of magic and range firepower behind while having Ironwing Juggernaut to soak up the damage. |
| Outcome: | Win! Relentless pounding from the front was too hard for my opponent to bear and their cards are generally of lower health so we edged them over and secure the win. |

| Selection: | Collateral Damage, Now You See Me and Healed Out. And here we are, the third Collateral Damage match, what is going on for the ruleset, I can't believe we can have 3 in a row. And because this is healed out, I decided to no use Quora but use Marisol to add pressure from the front, supported by a few big Ulund and Janni Rebel to boost melee attack. |
| Outcome: | Win! I think it is a very good win as opponent used Quora. And in timely fashion, Marisol was able to gain momentum after Quora fall to the barrage of attacks from my side and eventually lead the team to victory. |

| Selection: | Target practice, odd ones out and rise of commons. This was a tough one, but I decided to try it out with my water lineup using Releanor Cleave to strike from 2nd position and supported by 2 other orc range attackers. |
| Outcome: | Win! Surprisingly we did well against an array of magic attackers and also continuously add pressure for Releanor to push through. Nice and simple win. |
Guild Final Tally
This brawl I am assigned 5 matches and I managed to win 4 out of 5 of them but fell a double healing lineup. Opponent had a strong play and I learned from that. No clean sweep but I think I did relatively ok for this particlar brawl.
For this brawl, we are placed at 5th position. We are really improving and I do see another fellow friend coming back to brawl which is really good. This really helps with win count and pushing us higher in the ranking. Go PIZZA 2!
Closing
Fewer people participate within the guild for multiple brawls counting and it is taking a toll on our SPS earned and ranking. I do hope our fellow friends can return and join the brawl since we do have the capability, but we need the masses. And thank you to a fellow friend whom came back to brawling, really appreciate you!
