PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - 12 July 2025
Greetings everyone, the latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended approximately a day ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I put up each of my lineup to face my opponent based on the rulesets.
Conclave Arcana frays are live in brawl, the modern fray is no longer Chaos Legion and Rebellion but now it will be Conclave Arcana and Rebellion which is fray 3. I do own some Conclave Arcana cards right now so it's time to dive into competing in brawls with Conclave Arcana and Rebellion cards for the modern fray. While I do have cards, but they are definitely not optimal and will require me to acquire more assets. So let's get right o with the brawl report.

| Selection: | Weak magic and silenced summoners. To be honest after Conclave Arcana release, I kinda not like to see silenced summoners because the blood dominion from the Archons are just so good to give me the much needed advantage to overpower my opponent. But nevertheless, I tried to use my usual setup of Elves that are led by Quora and hope that they will do well. |
| Outcome: | Lose. Bad start as I was defeated by my opponent. It does seem like now I am overly reliant on the execute from the bloodline. Need to have rainy day plan if this ruleset comes again. |

| Selection: | Little League, Rise of commons and holy protection. Moxian Rebel with 2 other cards to give them 1 magic each was the game plan with Gobalano Soldier to strike from the back. |
| Outcome: | Lose. This is so bad that I felt I made the worst decision ever because I forget about the blood line ability of Dwarves that can just fend off magic attack with that void. And because of that, I didn't do any damage till my opponent fully got rid of my lineup with ease. |

| Selection: | Healed out, deflection field and high five. As much as I wanted to have Quora in my lineup, the lack of healing actually remove an arm from Quora whom thrives on that. So instead, I used a full melee lineup and hope to bulldoze my way through since I know I won't be hurt by thorns. |
| Outcome: | Win! Together with elves ability and hard hitting attacks, I was able to clear off my opponent's backline quick to face Quora face to face. Then it was all barrage onto Quora whom cannot heal and allowed me to claim victory. |

| Selection: | Lost legendaries, deflection field and equalizer. Only fire available, so I just gotta assemble what I have and hope it does work ok. To be honest I wasn't very sure what I can field and not sure if I picked sufficiently especially it is 99 mana. |
| Outcome: | Win! This is a miracle win which I didn't think I would be able to do so. My lineup is at most mediocre and definitely need more cards to suit this ruleset in the future. |
Guild Final Tally
I was assigned 6 matches for this brawl and won 4 out of the 6 of which 2 were from fleeing opponents. On top of that, an additional 2 match won due to lack of participation from other guilds. Not the best result as I could definitely do better.
A big bounce back into rank 3 which is something really good for us. But something worrying is that our rank is dependent on how our opponents fare in their various frays and the number of wins they can chalk up. Nevertheless, not gonna deny that this round the result is good.
Closing
If you have a shiny collection of cards and able to commit to the brawls 2 times per week or you already have a very well established collection on Conclave Arcana, we ask for you to join us and win brawls together as a guild, gold frays tend to have more free wins and please consider joining us if you can be regular. We are getting better in our participation already and getting better brawl rewards. Do check us out in the PIZZA discord and check with the guild officers to gain entry to the guild.
