The Chaos Legion's Best Tank That Still So powerful
Greetings my Splinterverse friend.
I hope all of you are enjoying the game every day and having too much fun like me. Though the market has crashed and all the crypto assets have been losing their gains for the last several weeks, all the currencies have already broken their several lower support levels. But the situation will change, so relax and enjoy your days during the festive season. Since the Rebellion cards set was released, Splinterlands has added so many fascinating new features, rulesets, and tactics for the battles, but the old cards are still doing great jobs on the battlefield. As a regular player, I've learned that my previous cards and strategies aren't enough to keep me competitive and help me advance in rank; it's difficult for me to get into the top 600 or 700. But many old cards are still my favorite as I don't need to invest more money for that position.
The new skills not only bring a lot of excitement, but they are now essential to improving the win ratio. But still, some old cards are just like they are evergreen in their impact on the battle. Since the Chaos Legion (CL) edition makes up most of my collection and the current market value is gone, so i am not grabbing all the rebellion cards so fast as I think the price will be much lower than the current price level. However these cards are very powerful but expensive too, but some old cards are still so powerful that I often use them for greater results.
For players like me who might not afford the entire Rebellion core set, the cheaper tank like 'Pelacor Mercenary' is a great earth monster. These cards are almost free in terms of price as they are extremely cheap cards. There are so many excellent old card cards in the modern battle format. In this blog, I am going to share one of my favorite CHAOS LEGIOPN REWARD CARDS from the EARTH Splinters team. My favorite card is not other than the Pelacor Mercenary, which is a 7 MANA card.
The Pelacor Mercenary is a multipurpose card in the Chaos Legion reward set, and it is a greatly useful card from the Earth team, offering unique abilities and utility to the modern fights in Splinterlands. In low MANA matches, such as those with 20–30 MANA and the medium MANA matches this card is a great choice to have in the team. It is a helpful card to add to your earth deck and performs better with different rule sets in every battle.
Level 1 of this card comes with 2 MELEE attacks and 8 health, an armor with a speed of two. At the max level, it gains 3 total MELEE attacks, 11 total health, and a top speed of 4, which makes this card an amazing card to have in the team.
Most importantly, the amazing ability of RETALIATE makes this card an awesome supportive card, as with this ability, this card can attack back to the enemy from any position in the team. So, in spite of being a TANK it can be a great option to use at the last of your team to save your team from the sneak attackers of the enemy team.
The other two abilities are the FLYING and HEAL which are also so useful in the many battles. Flying ability enables the monsters to have the flying ability from level one that increases the evading chance of the MELEE and RANGED attacks from the non-flying monsters. It also increases the attacks of the flying monsters with 100% accuracy as it removes the flying ability of the enemy monsters. Also, this card is so useful in some rules like earthquake each round the non-flying monsters get two damages each round.
The HEAL ability makes this monster restore one-third of its total health at each round. Being a common card with only 7 MANA costs, it provides substantial value without going over your mana budget. Also, it can be found in the market at extremely low cost, and even the GF version can be cheaper which is a really amazing card to have.
Some Battles
As this card is a max version in my deck, I prefer to use it whenever I get an opportunity to use it in the battle. Also, the ability that it provides is an excellent ability to do a great job in battle, being the primary TANK and often at the last position, especially with the earthquake rulesets. It helps a lot to win the match from any position.
