why does this dude have only one keep?

Well the story behind this is a little complicated and I am not happy with all choices I made but that is how it ended up to be.
It started back in the og days when I bought a full tract for 1.5 million DEC during the land presale.
That was a huge step for me and I really hoped for land to come and start making some income with it.
The problem was when it finally came to it and we could start claiming our land it was in the midst of a bear market and things just got worse from there.
Suddenly I had to get a lot of cash to pay for real life things and I did up selling a bunch of cards and when I was done with that I lacked the resources to maintain and develop my land.
Hence I made the decision to keep the Keep and get rid of all my other plots. This is how I ended up with one Keep that produces me some passive income. All I have to do is harvest the taxes.

Who pays the taxes?

Last week we dove into the question how much I make in a week with only one keep.

This week I wanted to do an even deeper dive. I want to see where all these taxes I collect come from.

just a week ago I harvested 79k Grain

so who does this grain come from? For that I first had to go to the official Splinterlands Discord and ask the question: where can I check for stats on my land?
A member referred me to https://land.spl-stats.com/
And this is almost exactly what I was looking for. The next screenshots where all made on this site.

I set the filters for grain farms only and so I could see that 12 unique players are farming grain on 25 plots in total. This is the farmer base that feeds workers on other plots and pays taxes to my keep. This is also the quarter of all plots in my tract.

I wish it was possible to check all players

This is the hourly rate of grain that my keep gets in taxes. This adds up to about 3,3 DEC per hour.

I don not want to make it too lengthy of a post so I will put the rest of the resources on one screen for you:

So the most produced resources are grain and wood in my tract.
Interesting fact: almost all the wood farmed for my Keep is made by one player called @woody-575
doesn't seem like a coincidence at all...

Out of the 25 logging camps 9 are maintained by him.

It is interesting to see what those individual players are doing in my tract. Woody owns 10 plots in my tract and has 9 logging camps and 1 shard mine. Thanks woody for paying taxes.

Let us check out what we can harvest today:

Less grain than last week but I also harvest early a bit. Our numbers are good these are resources that come to me without much work so I am happy about all of it.

Thanks to the 31 unique players having some sort of production I get about 12 DEC per hour. this accounts for the aura and research in there as well. So the number is not completely accurate.
So this time I will swap all harvested resources for DEC if possible.

Swapped all swappable resources:

• 38k Grain (I kept 1k for the next harvest) for 308 DEC
• 23k Wood 717 DEC
• 1.6k Stone for 160 DEC
• 1.1k Iron for 298 DEC
  Adding up to: 1483 DEC!

Not bad at all!

In the long term I excpect these levels to rise as players are working on optimizing their land. Getting more production points per player would raise my income as well. I hope at some point I can own a Runi to further optimize my production and get closer to that 50% tax capture rate.
