Battle Summary and Analysis

Brawl Battle #1

Me VS LEBOWSKILAND of The Champion Syndicate - Battle Link is here.

• A 20-mana battle with Target Practice and Equalizer ruleset.
• All splinters are available except for Life Splinter.
• In this battle, I decided to use Obsidian from the Earth Splinter because I think that using magic attackers in an equalizer ruleset is really great especially if it is paired with the target practice. I also added Queen Mycelia and Spirit Hoarder for the armor and triage, respectively. Adding just a bit of sustainability. I planned on filling 6 monsters within the 20-mana cap to maximize the ruleset.
• However, my summoner was negated exactly by my opponent because he used Thaddeus Brood making my summoner useless and in addition to that, I lose 1 health. Luckily, his tank does not have a void or shield ability which makes my monsters not entirely useless especially the range attackers and still could do significant damage in every round.
• My opponent's Magi Necrosi's attack per round on my Regal Peryton is being healed by my Spirit Hoarder's triage ability.
• My gladius card which is the Cutter Brieze still manage to gain some bloodlust stats throughout the duration of the battle. The battle ended with none of my monsters died.

• A 30-mana battle with Silenced Summoners and Spreading Fury ruleset.
• All Splinter are available except for the Water Splinter.
• Whenever the Earth Splinter is available, I always consider using it along with Quora. Me and my opponent used Obsidian and paired it with Quora, Queen Mycelia and Goblin Psychic. Due to the ruleset, it does not give us additional magic damage for our monsters. However, I believe that the Earth Splinter's sustain and armor will keep prolong the battle and potentially give us a win.
• Upon seeing the first round of the battle, I could really tell that I lost this battle. I messed up my positioning here. I ended up feeding my opponent's Quora. If I could change and rearrange my lineup here, I would definitely make my Quora as my tank, Regal Peryton on the second position, Goblin Psychic on third, Spirit Hoarder on fourth, Acid Shooter on fifth and Fungus Fiend on the last position - it has a total of 30-mana as well. I think that will be a better lineup and arrangement than this.

Brawl Battle #3

• A 24-mana battle with Earthquake and Odd Ones Out ruleset.
• There were only 4 available Splinters to choose from - Water, Earth, Death and Dragon. The Dragon Splinter has a decent flying monsters but are high mana monsters. I decided to use Kelya from the Water Splinter for the armor and speed. Before the battle, I think that I could be able to tank the earthquake damage through armor and potentially being able to attack first and theearthquake will kill some of my opponent's monsters.
• I used Legionnaire Alvar as my tank here because he has the void armor ability and really very high armor which makes him a decent tank especially when my opponent used Obsidian and magic dealing monsters.
• The crucial part on this battle is when my 2 monsters missed their attacks on my opponent's Regal Peryton. If they didn't miss, I will win the battle. Sadly, luck was not on my side this time.

Brawl Battle #4

• A 26-mana battle with Unprotected ruleset.
• All Splinters are available.
• I decided to use Obsidian along with Quora and Goblin Psychic. I always like the Earth Splinter because of the magic damage and healing sustain. I think Life Splinter is also decent here with General Sloan because of the ruleset and range attack buff could be massive.
• My opponent used Tarsa on this battle and also has a good idea for the battle especially with unprotected ruleset. However, he lacks damage per round due to 2 of his monsters could not attack from their position.
• If there is something I would change on this lineup, I will just rearrange the position of my monsters into making my Quora at the third position, Goblin Psychic on fourth position and Regal Peryton on the last position because of its flying ability for evasion chance.
• My Quora is just so free on dealing damage and stacking her bloodlust ability throughout the battle.

Brawl Battle #5

• A 30-mana battle with Aim True and Close Range ruleset.
• All Splinters were available except for the Death Splinter and because of this, I decided to use again Obsidian and the Earth Splinter because the magic buff will not be negated.
• My opponent used Tarsa along with decent monsters that could benefit from her buff and also he has a decent tank which has the void ability and high HP.
• I also used my favorite monsters that could work well with Quora which were Queen Mycelia, Regal Peryton and Goblin Psychic. I slightly messed up my lineup again by using the 1-mana cost monsters which will attract his opportunity gladius card and that is scary. The armor buff and healing really helped me here.
• If I encounter this battle again with the same ruleset, I will just remove the monsters that could potentially feed my opponent's gladius card and their bloodlust ability.

Brawl Battle #6

Me VS THOOGEN of Owly Farm - Battle Link is here

• A 19-mana battle with Silenced Summoners and Up-Close & Personal ruleset.
• The available Splinter that could be used on this battle were Fire, Life and Dragon.
• I used Quix even though it is Silenced Summoners just to check both Fire and Life and compare my lineup before submitting the battle. I became really satisfied by pairing it with the Life Splinter. I think that my gladius card which is Marisol Contuma has great stats - high melee damage, high speed, decent armor and high HP so I used it and test it out.
• My opponent used Tarsa and he also has a gladius card on his lineup. However, it has very low speed which result to missing some of its attack on my Marisol Contuma and he used 2 monsters that could not attack from their position. Still a decent match, if he didn't miss, I could lose the battle.
• Througout the battle, my gladius card able to kill 2 of my opponent's monsters.

Brawl Battle #7

• A 19-mana battle with Reverse Speed ruleset.
• All Splinters were available except for the Fire Splinter.
• The Earth Splinter is available and magic attack is pretty decent on reverse speed rulesets. I used Obsidian along with Quora and Goblin Psychic. I placed Quora as my tank and Goblin Psychic as my support in second position. I just had this idea to have double heal for this battle. I was able to use this particular lineup due to our guild's barracks level which has the Surge I buff. It adds +1 mana cap for all guild brawl battles.
• My opponent also used Obsidian and Goblin Psychic. He has a decent tank as well with high amount of HP. However, I will be able to beat him because I have extra sustain.
• Throughout the battle, my Quora have been able to kill 2 of my opponent's monsters.
