Heyya splinterfam,
Welcome to my Blog for another edition of my social media entry. A few months ago I talked about making it a goal to hit 10k sps before the year ends. Well, it seems to be coming along well as this season is my last season to try to get there. In case you don’t know I’ve hit 9.4k at the moment and I am trying to see if I can get to my yearly goal.
From there I’ll think of what I’ll do with the sps stack. For the long term I’ll like to have more sps at this low prices though. It feels good also playing and earning sps on the low. I won’t lie, at times I don’t want to advance cause each time I make my way into diamond they beat me to a pulp. Diamond III is mostly not a big deal but Mehn diamond II teaches me lessons I never thought I’d face in diamond lol.
But no worries, a few months ago I didn’t think I’ll be playing in gold so casually. I say it like that cause when I started getting into gold was the hardest thing for me.
Enough of that, today I’ll be writing about one of the battles that I played today. I’ve made it known countless times that I have low mana games. It doesn’t just suit my playing style but then it also confuses me.
I am always left with deciding the cards that will counter the enemy and also going to for cards which will do it for me. With a low mana cap game I am always scared that the opponent might bring in a trample card which will deal with my small cards easily.
This time round I played the opponent card. I brought on just one card to the battle.
The rules of the game were silenced summoners, rebirth and might makes right(the capacity to only summon units with 3 or more ranged, magic or melee power). The game mana was 12.
Having a low mana game meant that I’d have to go for a good summoner with low mana as well. The only available option was keyla frendul in my books. I went for it cause I had a trample card which I believe in all sincerity could do the job for me.
I went in for diemonshark. A aced that has a mana of 8, 4 melee attack, 4 speed, 6 shield and 10 health. It has the trample ability, enrage ability, retaliate ability as well. The main reason why I was confident enough to pick it was because of its trample ability.
I was fortunate that my opponent went in for 3 melee cards with lower health. All his 3 cards had 4 health. He went for the vulguine, stitch leech and uraus.
The match would have been quickly settled if not for the rebirth Ruleset. The rebirth Ruleset gave me a scare in the middle of the match as well. Apart from that I think diemonshark handled itself well.
