Splinterland's: It's a veteran journey.

I really have no idea when I started playing this game, but I know when I started playing this game, Beta cards were already launched and alpha was over, so I guess that I started playing after 1 year of the game launch may be somewhere in May-June 2019. My profile suggest that I have joined the game on January -2019 but I guess I have just signed up for the game at that time, I might not have purchased the spellbook at that time. Interestingly at that time, game was catching up, and I got a lot of free cards by participating in the giveaway and also I focused on keep buying cards and pack time to time to upgrade my deck.

At the initial days, there was status of "Maverick" in Splinterland's dicord. for those who had purchase 500 packs from game site, I earned the status of "Maverick" by keep buying pack time to time. Once the "Beta" card and game phase over, Splinterlands keep entering into new phase like "Untamed", then "Chaos" ,then "Rebellion" and now for the Conclave Arcana. Land concept was actually come into picture when "Untamed" release was going on.

How did I discover Splinterlands?

I am an avid content consumer in the Hive, so I read lot of post of fellow Hivians to know about this game. Initially I do not want to waste my time by playing a game, but it's "play2earn" game and I thought , it is one of the earning potential. Once I signed up, I find the game entertaining and a nice community and I am hooked to the game.

What was my first card or most memorable early battle?

If I clearly remember, than I guess my first reward card from the game was "Goblin Mech", I got "Mushroom Seer" as my first Gold card as reward and "Black Dragon" as legendary card. When it comes to battle combination, I remember "Daria Dragonscale" , a dragon summoner used to be my favorite summoner. In current scenarios, Rulesets are evolved and so cannot have one favorite summoner to fit in all battles, it is now have more strategy elements in the game.

If it comes to recalling my memorable battle, I guess, I have written about many battles but one battle I still remember even after 5 yers has been passed is with Exploding Dwarf. Since 5 years has been passed , battle is no longer in the database bu you still read the details of that battle in below post.

How has my strategy evolved since I started?

When I start playing Splinterland's , the game has cards has asset and player get cards as rewards. There was no DEC, no SPS,no Licensce and no Land in the game at that time. Since game has evolved so much and added so many elements in the game, so same is true for me.
When I started in my initial days my goal was to have a max deck, now so many elements are added in game, my goals are evolving. I almost completed my max deck goal for CHAOS set, and completed my goal of having 300K SPS staked. I also have 3 Node LICENSCE in my account that are giving ne decent rewards in Voucher and SPS. Now Chaos are rotating out ,my current goal is to build the Conclave Arcana card set. Goals in real life keep on evelving so same is true in the Splinterlands.

What are my goals in the game now?

My immediate goal is to fund Conclave arcana and long term goal is to develop 10 lands for me. At current Hive prices both are looking tough. I am wishing for Hive to bounce so that I can use my liquid Hive to buy DEC to buy packs and with time , start building Land for passive income.
