These new bloodline rules were a little hard to follow for me to at the start too but if you read the descriptions carefully and think about the theme of the summoner it makes sense 😉
I'm not sure why they specify the bloodline of the summoner too because it's quite confusing and doesn't really matter right now.. but maybe in the future there'll be new abilities that will make that aspect important for battles, who knows..

I think if summoners weren't also part of bloodlines, how would it make sense for a summoner to summon cards from their own bloodline?
Perhaps all of this is to create a compelling story for the lore, so that everything is interconnected with proper reasoning.
