Before the general sale frenzy, I delved into the world of Rebellion through the Monster Mavericks test server. Opening test packs provided a glimpse into the set's dynamics and mechanics, revealing the need for a robust collection to stay competitive in the ever-shifting modern league meta.
Strategic Realization: Insufficient Packs for a Maxed Set
Quickly recognizing the imperative of a comprehensive card set, the realization struck—my initial allocation might not be enough for a fully maxed set. Understanding the significance of early access to cards for optimal competitiveness, I pivoted towards exploring the secondary market for additional packs.
Navigating the Secondary Market: A Strategic Move
Venturing into the secondary market, I found packs available at surprisingly reasonable prices. I also thought that given the Company’s approach to not discount packs in the future, this could very well be the best opportunity to pick up packs for cards.

While pack staking could be a strategy, I prefer to have the cards for use as we can also staked them as they are being used.

However, the market saw it as well as very early on you could separate the winners from the losers in the set. I dove in and am very close to a fully maxed set.

Navigating the secondary market strategically, embracing new dynamics like Airdrops and Conflicts, the quest for mastery in the evolving meta promises both challenges and opportunities in this exciting new era. I think the delay of Conflicts has given me some well needed time to balance the resources needed to finalize this journey.
