¡Hola a todos y bienvenidos una vez mas a mi blog! Ya ha pasado algo de tiempo desde que aparecio la nueva edicion y cada dia he aprendido mas y mas sobre ella, ya se han lanzado los Conflits que si no sabes que es, puedes leerlo en ese post, por ahora vamos a seguir empapandonos con todo lo referente a Rebellion, la actual edicion del juego, que como ya habia mencionado en anteriores posts, iba a ser un increible GameChanger.
Hello everyone and welcome once again to my blog! It's been some time since the new edition appeared and every day I've been learning more and more about it, the Conflits has been released, if you don't know what it is, you can read it in that post, for now let's keep soaking with everything about Rebellion, the current edition of the game, which as I had already mentioned in previous posts, was going to be an incredible GameChanger.
Nuevas habilidades, cartas que entraban y otras que salian del formato Modern, cambiandolo por completo y a su vez, cambiando tambien el formato Wild al introducir nuevas cartas en el. Ademas de eso nuevas mecanicas de juego fueron introducidas, como los invocadores duales y las tacticas de batalla, todo eso y mas temas que ya desglose en este post.
Algo que hasta ahora me tiene impresionado es lo alto del precio de renta de muchas de las cartas, pienso yo que debido a que todavia no se han abierto la mayoria de los packs, pero hay cartas que para rango Bronce cuestan hasta 60 DEC por dia, una locura para ese rango.
De lo que vengo a hablarles hoy, es de las cartas en si, y como ya es costumbre en mi blog, voy a dedicarle un post especifico a cada splinter analizando a profundidad las cartas introducidas, empezando esta vez por el splinter Tierra.
New abilities, cards entering and leaving the Modern format, changing it completely and in turn, changing also the Wild format by introducing new cards in it. Besides that, new game mechanics were introduced, such as dual summoners and battle tactics, all of that and more topics that I have already broken down in this post.
Something that has impressed me so far is the high rental price of many of the Rebellion set cards, I think because most of the packs have not been opened yet, but there are cards that for Bronze rank cost up to 60 DEC per day, crazy for that rank.
What I come to talk about today on this post, is about the Rebellion cards themselves, and as usual this far in my blog, I will dedicate a specific post to each splinter analyzing in depth the cards introduced, starting this time with the Earth splinter.
Elemento Tierra
Tenemos 15 cartas en el set Rebellion para este splinter, que se desglosan en: 6 comunes, 5 raras, 2 epicas y 2 legendarias. Tres de esas quince cartas son invocadores, hablemos primero de ellos.
Invocadores:
Earth Element
We have 15 cards in the Rebellion set for this splinter, which are broken down into: 6 common, 5 rare, 2 epic and 2 legendary. Three of those fifteen cards are summoners, let's talk about them first.
Summoners:
Tenemos 2 invocadores comunes, Brewmaster Abraxas, de quien ya hable en mi post sobre las cartas de elemento fuego, y junto a el aparece Chuul Jujinchi, que tiene la capacidad de invocar cartas del splinter Vida y tambien de Tierra, junto con las neutrales. Creo que ya he hablado bastante de estos invocadores duales en otros posts, asi que ire directo a hablar de Underboss Fabino, que es un invocador de eleccion. Al iniciar la batalla debes escoger bien aplicar un +2 de daño Melee a 2 de tus cartas, o aplicar veneno a una carta en el campo, hago enfasis en esto ultimo, ya que si, puedes elegir aplicar el veneno a una de tus cartas, incluso aumentar el ataque de las cartas oponentes... ¿Por que harias algo asi? Pues no lo se, Tacticas de batalla.
We have 2 common summoners on the Rebellion set, Brewmaster Abraxas, who I already talked about in my post about fire element cards, and next to him is Chuul Jujinchi, who has the ability to summon Life splinter cards and also Earth, along with neutrals. I think I've already talked enough about these dual summoners in other posts, so I'll go straight to Underboss Fabino, which is a choice summoner. At the start of the battle you must choose to either apply +2 Melee damage to 2 of your cards, or apply poison to a card on the field, I emphasize the latter, because yes, you can choose to apply poison to one of your cards, even increase the attack of the opposing cards ... Why would you do something like that? Well, I don't know, battle tactics.

Hay 12 cartas de este splinter, vamos a hablar primero de las comunes, que son cuatro.
Monsters
There are 12 cards of this splinter, let's talk first about the common ones, which are four.
Comunes
Endless Ape es un tanque bastante interesante, con la habilidad Scavenger desde nivel 1 y bastante vida, con un costo de mana de 8 y que le veo gran utilidad en batallas con el ruleset Born Again y aplicandole curacion o combinarlo con Immortalis para enfrentar cartas magicas.
Blackmoor Trickster te puede servir como tanque en batallas donde solo se puedan usar cartas con ataque a distancia, y mas aun si esa batalla es de bajo mana.
Ujurak Mystic con su habilidad Lookout es una carta que tengo que admitir que sigo explorando para aprender a sacarle verdadero provecho, aunque por tener daño magico, es excelente para combinar con Obsidian.
Lurking Puffer es una carta que vino a sumarse a un pequeño grupo de cartas que empezaron a tomar gran importancia cuando aparecio Weapons Training, sea como sea te servira mucho como tanque en batallas de bajo mana porque tiene bastante vida para su costo, asi que puede ser excelente.
Commons
Endless Ape is a very interesting tank, with the Scavenger ability from level 1 and a lot of life, with a mana cost of 8 and I see it very useful in battles with the Born Again ruleset and applying healing or combining it with Immortalis to face magic cards and even Quora Towershead.
Blackmoor Trickster can serve as a tank in battles where you can only use cards with ranged attack, and even more if that battle is low mana.
Ujurak Mystic with its Lookout ability is a card that I have to admit that I'm still exploring and testing to learn how to take real advantage of it, although for having magic damage, it is excellent to combine with Obsidian.
Lurking Puffer is a card that came to join a small group of cards with no attack that began to take great importance when Weapons Training appeared, however it will be very useful as a tank in low mana battles because it has enough life for its cost, so it can be excellent.
Raras
Gobson Sniper es una carta que tiene dos habilidades iniciales que son terriblemente fuertes contra alineaciones magicas, pruebalo y veras, sobre todo cuando enfrentas a Obsidian y si tu invocador es Immortalis.
Lioceros es otro tanque, que para mi gusto sobra en este splinter, ya hay mas y mejores opciones, aunque en rulesets de solo Melee esta carta si que puede brillar muchisimo.
Swell Spore Beast es una carta que puedes combinar con Fernheart para darle muchisima potencia, y es que ya la tiene por si sola. Un ataque bestial y asegurado gracias a su primera habilidad, ademas tiene buena armadura por lo cual funciona perfecta en la ultima posicion. Sin duda una gema oculta.
Blackmoor Nymph brilla en batallas con Veneno, y combinada con Obsidian le das potencia a su ataque, por lo que decir que es una carta buenisima ni siquiera es necesario.
Rares
Gobson Sniper is a card that has a incredible combination of two initial abilities that are terribly strong against magic lineups on the battles, try it and see, especially when facing Obsidian and if your summoner is Immortalis.
Lioceros is another tank, that for my taste is too much in this splinter, there are more and better options, although in Melee-only rulesets this card can shine a lot.
Swell Spore Beast is a card that you can combine with Fernheart as your summoner to give it a lot of power and utility, and it already has it by itself without the summoner. A beastly attack and assured thanks to its first ability, plus it has good armor so it works perfect in the last position. Undoubtedly a hidden gem.
Blackmoor Nymph shines in battles with Poison, and combined with Obsidian you give power to your attack, so to say that it is a great card is not even necessary.
Epicas
Satha Toledo aunque no es de daño magico, combina a la perfeccion con la alineacion tipica de Obsidian gracias a su curacion, combinandose con Goblin Psychic por ejemplo, fuera de eso te puede servir literalmente en cualquier alineacion que la pongas, si esta no es la mejor carta del splinter tierra en la edicion, minimo es top 3.
Mi problema Croire es que lo encuentro demasiado situacional, aunque si que se le pueden dar muy buenas combinaciones con cartas de su edicion, tal vez en rangos mas altos sea mas potente, en bronce la verdad es quie se queda corto.
Epics
Satha Toledo although not magic damage instead of the ranged damage, combines perfectly with the typical lineup of Obsidian thanks to its healing, combined with Goblin Psychic for example, out of that you can serve literally in any lineup that you put it, if this is not the best card of splinter earth in the edition, at least it is top 3.
My problem with Croire is that I find it too much situational, although it can be given very good combinations with no attack cards of the Rebellion edition, perhaps in higher ranks is more powerful, in bronze the truth is that it falls short.
Legendarias
Zebajin es bestial. Siempre que tenga armadura hace daño extra y su daño magico es increible combinado con Obsidian, puedes usarla de tanque sin problemas porque tiene bastante vida y combinarlo con Queen Mycella potencia muchisimo a esta carta. Un 10/10.
Lord Thanalor Es la carta mas rota de este splinter, un daño magico altisimo, mucha vida, mucho escudo y una velocidad increible, ademas cuando va subiendo de nivel se va haciendo mas y mas potente, ten en cuenta que apenas desde Bronce y con Obsidian de invocador, esta carta hace 4 de daño, una salvajada.
Legendary
Zebajin is beastly. Whenever she has armor she does extra damage and her magic damage is incredible combined with Obsidian, you can use her as a tank without problems because she has a lot of life and combining her with Queen Mycella makes this card very powerful. A 10/10.
Lord Thanalor It is the most broken card of this splinter on Rebellion set, a very high magic damage, a lot of life, a lot of shield and an incredible speed, also when you level up is becoming more and more powerful, keep in mind that just from Bronze and with Obsidian summoner, this card does 4 damage, a savagery.
Conclusiones.
Creo que el trabajo hecho en este splinter ha sido una maravilla porque ha servido para igualar y equiparar las carencias que tenia, haciendolo mas usual y que no lo pienses solo con un enfoque magico. Ya Chaos Legion habia tanteado esa expansion pero creo que Rebellion es la edicion que ha terminado ese trabajo realmente.

Conclusions.
I think the work done on this Earth splinter has been a marvel because it has served to match and equalize the shortcomings it had on pasts editions, making it more usual and that you do not think of it only with a magical approach. Chaos Legion had already tried that expansion but I think Rebellion is the edition that has really finished the job.
