I just invested into 100 Chaos Legion packs.
When I first started Splinterlands, Chaos Legion was first announced and I didn't expect myself to come so far.
Back then I had a long-term goal and that was to buy 100 CL packs during general sale. I have heard many rumors about how all the packs would sell out instantly and I might not even have the chance to buy one.
However, it was a very good opportunity for a newcomer like myself to join at this time.
After buying the 100 CL packs, the 100 packs just stares into you, the devil is asking me to open them, but I can't. I need to get as much value as I can get out of them.
I intend to just hold them for airdrop points and resell them at a later date (just like most people's strategy).
Just wanted to hear from everyone their strategies/tips for stopping the temptation of opening packs. Honestly, the feeling is exacerbated when you see all these posts about opening packs. I don't see myself as the luckiest person ever. I am a very rational person.
Lets see how long I can persevere. Wish me luck.
I know the feeling! I managed to buy 12 yesterday, however I only had the potions to open 4. The plan was to earn potions through daily quests and collect the airdrop while I waited, a couple of hours later they were all open! Haha. Stay strong friend, it'll be worth it in the end.
Haha do you mean you opened all 12 in the end? Hope you got some good cards from the unpacking!
Lol at “devil
I think this is the best foot forward, it is certain that prices of parks will be higher than it is now the in future
