Splinterlands Roulette Wheel

I happened to stumble on the Roulette feature on Splinterlands today and without even playing battles for any win streak I went ahead to try my luck on winning some goodies.

My first spin pulled an item for my avatar and now I have to wait three hours for the next spin opportunity. In hopes of earning something nice it appears the wheel only gets avatar and sparks for Foundation cards' skins.

I guess it is better than nothing. It will be an opportunity to earn items without spending currency beyond cards and items which makes is good as it would be accessible to all. How have you been partaking in the new Roulette Wheel?
