Card Prices in June 2024.

In a quick overview of card prices I must say the whole market doesn’t look that bad. The quantity of cards at low prices are not plentiful outside of some rewards and Chaos sets. However as a whole it is down right weak in demand.

From transactions to market cap of assets the trend has been sloping down for months. There is not any sign that this has at minimum gone flat.

Personally I have dramatically stop watching market prices and have pretty much just play daily matches. The return of earnings is minimal at best an limited to what is liquid. My rental income continues to dwindle while my earnings are mostly in staked sps. With limited liquidity it appears asset prices are being effected to the down side.

I am wondering if the game itself needs dramatic push in liquidity to pump up more demand. With the slow drag it appears less demand and less value. If however the developers unleash a swarm of new liquidity then maybe it will encourage more activity.

Similar to how central banks print liquidity and push through the banks a form of liquidity helps prices appreciate. Whether this is really in terms of inflation or organic demand the end result is higher prices.

This may work for Splinterlands by pushing out liquidity such as bringing back DEC earnings in battles it may pull more players to be willing to spend.

What kind of liquidity we talking here is the question? It could be liquid sps in earned battle wins rather than stacked. Or like mentioning before DEC per win.

Right now we need some type of jolt to get the game. Badly as the asset prices are not trending in the right direction.
