I hope all of you are doing well in your life and also enjoying this beautiful monsoon weather with your family and friends. I know many of you reading this post happen to be Splinterlands players, which is an NFT-based Play2earn strategy game built on the Hive blockchain. The last ranked season in this game has just ended recently I hope those of you playing this game have already collected another big bunch of SPS and Glint tokens throughout the season and even more Glint points as rewards after the season ends. While we can sell SPS for other crypto tokens easily on Hive-Engine, we can use the Glint tokens on the other hand within the in-game market to buy reward edition cards and other in-game items.
Now for me, I have ended playing the last ranked season at Diamond I and after the season trophy reset, I have again come down to Diamond III. i have again started playing for this current season and Right now, I almost near the Diamond II tier with a current trophy rating of 3,060. So, just winning 2 more matches back to back can send me to the next tier and that is my current goal in this game. Now having another almost 13 days in hand, I will try my best to see if I can do better this time and ultimately reach Champion III, which I could not do in the last season.
Now, moving on and coming to the main topic of this post as today, I will be talking about a Gigantic magic thrower beast that has become very important card in this game, especially in modern format. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today I will be sharing my thoughts and experiences about NALARA GEINEK, so if you are interested, let us jump right in!
NALARA GEINEK is one of the newest cards in the game that got introduced with the launch of latest Rebellion edition card-set. This card has many advantages to be gain and utilised in the battles, such as ..
Let us now take a deeper look into it’s league wise stats to find out more about this card below.
BRONZE
At level 1, this card possesses a decent 1 magic attack at 3 speed with 3 armour and 9 health, and the Amplify ability. While it already gets a good amount of defensive stats at its initial level, the Amplify ability upon that will increase the damage you do to enemy cards via Thorns, Return Fire and Magic Reflect by 1.
SILVER
When it reaches its next level 2, it receives the same 1 magic attack at 3 speed with and increased 4 armour and 9 health and it also gets a new a ability Called Silence at this level. This new ability will help you by decreasing all enemy magic attacker's power by 1, so it's very usable against magic cards.
GOLD
When you upgrade it to the next level 3, it gets the same 1 magic attack at 3 speeds with 9 health and only with the armour increased to 5 if you look at the stats. Anyways, it does get a new ability called Void at this level, this ability is also an anti-magic as it reduces the enemy Magic attacks upon hit,
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
Finally, when this card gets upgraded to the max level 4, it receives 1 magic attack at 3 speed with 5 armour at an increased 10 health. Not only that, but it also gets a new ability at this level called Stun, Thus new ability has a 50% chance of being applied upon every successful attack and will cause the enemy monster to slip its next turn if applied.
This time I got a large 53 mana limit match where 4 elements were allowed to choose from - Water, Earth, Life and Death. There were also 3 rulesets applied in the match - Reverse Speed, Only Magic and Decaying Armour. I found a suitable place for my Nalara in this particular match and started building My lineup accordingly. First of all, I chose the Legendary Earth summoner Immortalis and the first place, I chose the Nalara followed by Mycelic Slipspawn, Queen Mycelia, Magi of Chaos, Runemancer Florre and Goblin Psychic at the and position. Anyway, when both the lineups finally got revealed after submitting my lineup, I saw that my opponent had also chosen the same immortalis summoner and at this front position, he chose the Regal Peryton followed by Magi of chaos, Goblin Psychic, Mycelic Slipspawn, Spirit Hoarder and Runemancer Florre at the end position.
In this match, my Nalara performed Really well as first of all, he decreased all the 6 enemy card’s attack Powers and together with the Psychic, they decreased total 2 magic attack from each of the enemy cards. Now as all my cards now have Void ability, it can get even lesser damages now. However, as the match continues, My Nalara applied Stun ability on the enemy Peryton multiple times and also defended the front position for quite some time, as it was only getting damage from the enemy Magic of Chaos and Florre card. I win the match easily this time, thanks to the Narala + Psychic card combo while Getting a significant advantage from the Immortalis summoner’s Void ability upon all my monsters. As my opponent only used one Silence ability card, 3 of my cards were actively attacking those enemy cards for me another upper hand of course.
