Hello Splinterlands summoners and welcome back to my blog!
We have just concluded another guild brawl. We improved our ranking to sixth place this week compared to last week's eighth place finish. In today’s post, I’ll break down our overall results, highlight my personal performance, and showcase one of my favorite battles.

We're still not at our best but at least we improved our position to sixth place compared to last week's eighth place finish. We won fifty seven battles and and lost fifty five, improving to above fifty per cent win rate. There's still a lot of room for improvement that we should look into as a guild.

I'm still struggling a bit in my own brawls. I won four battles out of eight for a fifty per cent win rate. We earned 3.3k merits and 42 SPS. It's still a decent reward for playing brawls.
I pulled a victory against a higher level archon and units in this battle.

The battle was a mid mana one. I chose the Fire archon Fithe Bladestone that grants additional two armor to the team. Since the mana is a bit limited, I had my low mana tank combo in the front line. Six mana Cavewise Wayfinder was my main tank. He deals three melee damage and has three speed. He's got terrific defensive stats with six armor and eight health. He has the Ambush ability that enables him to attack before the start of the round. He has the Reckless debilitation that hurts adjacent allies every time he attacks. This is why I had his buddy Vicious Giraffe in second position. He deals two melee damage and has the Reach ability. He also has Painforge that enables him to gain power every time he gets hit by an ally, making him the perfect second position unit to combo with Wayfinder. In third position, I had the Grove Doomblade who deals a huge five melee damage and has the Sneak ability. She harasses the enemy's backline units. In fourth is my gladiator card, Fina Voxom who deals three melee damage and has the Opportunity ability. In fifth was Portly Cannoneer who deals two range damage and has the Inspire ability that increase my team's melee attack. Lastly, I had Kha'zi Conjurer, a two mana unit that deals four range damage.
The enemy also had a level four archon and higher level units. However, he seemed to have made an error in positioning. He had a unit with poor defense on tank position and put his tank in second. His damage dealers were decent but not that great compared to mine inspite of their high levels. He had a healer in last position but it will be killed by my Sneak attacker.
