SPLINTERLANDS SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGE: 5 BATTLES - JOY OR RAGE? / DESAFIO DE MÍDIAS SOCIAIS DE SPLINTERLANDS: 5 BATALHAS - ALEGRIA OU RAIVA? (EN/PT)

Hello, Splinter family! The antagonism present in Splinterlands battles is interesting. Our feelings change depending on the results obtained. The joy of defeating more powerful teams is pleasurable; winning several battles in a row makes us ride a wave of happiness. On the other hand, losing to visibly weaker opponents, multiple defeats, and making beginner mistakes take us from one level of anger to a surreal hatred.

"My angriest so far was in FRONTIER mode. I had 760 points and decided to sell some cards. It feels like I was punished after that. I lost so many matches that the hatred turned into a wry smile, but there's a reason for that. I picked a moment when the players weren't active and the bots destroyed my self-esteem. HAHAHAAA, finally back to 400 points."

My greatest joy at the moment was getting my second legendary card in Modern, using GLINTs: the ENDLESS GIBBON, a 1-cost WATER card. Finally, another 1-cost card, a very rare mana cost in Modern.

Another annoyance: the lack of dragon-type archons to rent; I was practically forced to rent a level 2 KAVOR SKARN; this season will be difficult. Let's get to the point: analyzing my joys and sorrows in combat:

Battle rules: SHORT RANGE (ranged creatures can attack in space 1), ARMOR (all creatures get +2 armor), and 25 mana.

Even though they're both using a level 2 archon, I'm at a disadvantage. The enemy archon's extra +2 armor, along with the EMBERGUARD creature and its DEMORALIZE ability, ruined my strategy. I'm only using one creature with magic damage, and just by observing the battlefield, I can already predict defeat. I never imagined my opponent would use a strategy against melee; they usually use this type of strategy against warriors with magical attacks. I made a bad choice.

Battle rules: HEAVY HITTERS (all units gain the knockout ability), HIGH FIVE (you can only summon a maximum of 5 creatures), and 33 mana.

Although we both chose dragon-type archons, my KAVOR SKARN doesn't compare to the legendary NIDHOGGR, he is a machine that generates abilities for creatures. This is the first time I've faced someone using it, I found it very oppressive. Another first in my Splinterlands playing experience was facing the dragon RAGE; I think it's the creature with the highest mana cost I've ever encountered. This dragon single-handedly resolved the fight, has physical damage evasion and magic damage reduction, in addition to the various abilities provided by NIDHOGGR. I was literally overwhelmed. I don't think I have any combination in my cards that could defeat the combination of these two dragons.

This is the first time I've seen a dragon card live up to the title of DRAGON.

After two losses, my anger level is insane. Only complicated combats. Let's take another test drive, I want to see if any winning opportunities arise.

COMBAT 3: My internet is down; you can't imagine the stress.

Combat rules: HIGH FIVE (you can only use a maximum of 5 creatures in combat), UNPROTECTED (everyone loses their armor and can't win), and 49 mana.

I must be having an unlucky day for Splinterlands, another opponent with the NIDHGGR and RAGE combination, a sure defeat. I don't see myself winning this combination even with my best team.

Combat rules: MELEE MAYHEM (melee warriors can attack in any chosen slot) and 20 mana.

I looked at the field and thought: I won! The famous deluded one, I lost embarrassingly. My combo was destroyed by OLIVIA OF THE BROOK. She copied my COMMANDER SLAVE's abilities and dodged almost all of his attacks, in addition to copying the ability to decrease the power of melee attacks. MERIPUT MAGICIAN was the opposing support that ensured my defeat.

You guys have no idea what it's like to post in anger. I played 5 matches and lost 5... I believe the only win would be the match where the internet went down...

I literally forgot to rent cards at a convenient time. I ended up running out of options and having to rent cards at level 2. My season will be just to fulfill the schedule and save resources for the next one.

Olá, família Splinter! O antagonismo presente nas batalhas de Splinterlands é interessante. Nossos sentimentos mudam dependendo dos resultados obtidos. A alegria de derrotar equipes mais poderosas é prazerosa; vencer várias batalhas seguidas nos faz surfar em uma onda de felicidade. Por outro lado, perder para oponentes visivelmente mais fracos, múltiplas derrotas e cometer erros de iniciante nos levam de um nível de raiva a um ódio surreal.

"Minha maior raiva até agora foi no modo FRONTEIRA. Eu tinha 760 pontos e decidi vender algumas cartas. Parece que fui punido depois disso. Perdi tantas partidas que o ódio se transformou em um sorriso irônico, mas há um motivo para isso. Escolhi um momento em que os jogadores não estavam ativos e os bots destruíram minha autoestima. HAHAHAAA, finalmente de volta aos 400 pontos."

Minha maior alegria no momento foi conseguir minha segunda carta lendária no Modern, usando GLINTs: o GIBBÃO SEM FIM, uma carta de ÁGUA de custo 1. Por fim, mais uma carta de custo 1, um custo de mana raríssimo no Modern.

Outro incômodo: a falta de arcontes do tipo dragão para alugar; fui praticamente obrigado a alugar um KAVOR SKARN nível 2; esta temporada será difícil. Vamos ao que interessa: analisando minhas alegrias e tristezas em combate:

Regras de batalha: CURTO ALCANCE (criaturas de longo alcance podem atacar no espaço 1), ARMADURA (todas as criaturas recebem +2 de armadura) e 25 de mana.

Mesmo que ambos estejam usando um arconte nível 2, estou em desvantagem. A armadura extra de +2 do arconte inimigo, juntamente com a criatura GUARDA-EMBER e sua habilidade DESMORALIZAR, arruinaram minha estratégia. Estou usando apenas uma criatura com dano mágico e, só de observar o campo de batalha, já consigo prever a derrota. Nunca imaginei que meu oponente usaria uma estratégia contra combate corpo a corpo; eles costumam usar esse tipo de estratégia contra guerreiros com ataques mágicos. Fiz uma péssima escolha.

Regras da batalha: PESADOS (todas as unidades ganham a habilidade de nocaute), HIGH FIVE (você só pode invocar no máximo 5 criaturas) e 33 de mana.

Embora ambos tenhamos escolhido arcontes do tipo dragão, meu KAVOR SKARN não se compara ao lendário NIDHOGGR, ele é uma máquina que gera habilidades para criaturas. Esta é a primeira vez que enfrento alguém usando isso, achei muito opressivo. Outra novidade na minha experiência de jogo em Splinterlands foi enfrentar o dragão RAGE; acho que é a criatura com o maior custo de mana que já encontrei. Este dragão resolveu a luta sozinho, tem evasão de dano físico e redução de dano mágico, além das várias habilidades fornecidas pelo NIDHOGGR. Fiquei literalmente impressionado. Acho que não tenho nenhuma combinação nas minhas cartas que possa derrotar a combinação desses dois dragões.

Esta é a primeira vez que vejo uma carta de dragão fazer jus ao título de DRAGÃO.

Depois de duas derrotas, meu nível de raiva está insano. Só combates complicados. Vamos fazer outro teste, quero ver se surge alguma oportunidade de vitória.

Devo estar tendo um dia de azar para Splinterlands, outro oponente com a combinação NIDHGGR e FÚRIA, uma derrota certa. Não me vejo vencendo essa combinação, mesmo com meu melhor time.

Regras de combate: CAOS CORPO A CORPO (guerreiros corpo a corpo podem atacar em qualquer espaço escolhido) e 20 de mana.

Olhei para o campo e pensei: Ganhei! A famosa iludida, perdi vergonhosamente. Meu combo foi destruído por OLIVIA DO RIBEIRO. Ela copiou as habilidades do meu COMANDANTE ESCRAVO e desviou de quase todos os seus ataques, além de copiar a habilidade de diminuir o poder dos ataques corpo a corpo. MERIPUT MAGICIAN foi o suporte adversário que garantiu minha derrota.

Vocês não têm ideia de como é postar com raiva. Joguei 5 partidas e perdi 5... Acredito que a única vitória seria a partida em que a internet caiu...

Literalmente esqueci de alugar cartas em um horário conveniente. Acabei ficando sem opções e tive que alugar cartas no nível 2. Minha temporada será apenas para cumprir o cronograma e economizar recursos para a próxima.
