Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - I Joined a Tournament

My guild in MOON (Lux Aeterna) hosted a private Splinterlands tournament. I was allowed to join even if I was not a member in the Splinterlands guild. All cards that we used were provided in the tournament. They were Wild League, maximum level cards. I was used to playing in Modern Bronze and Silver League so it was quite difficult for me to adjust playing with Wild League and Maxed level cards. I still managed to win seven games out of fourteen and won 12 SPS.

One of the battles I fought was against Kina-Chan of Lux Aeterna guild. I hope when I have enough cards that I can join this wonderful guild.

Battle Ruleset was Explosive Weaponry and Shades of Grey. Except for Uraeus, all the cards I used were new to me. I haven't played them before in battle so it was great to try them for the first time.

Byzantine Kitty is a legendary summoner. It was one of the most expensive summoners along with Odin.

Chain Golem is a strong legendary tank.
Runi is a Splinterlands NFT available in Open Sea. They are legendary cards.
Spirit Miner a strong legendary magic card.
Magi Sphinx another strong legendary magic card.
Great Porcupine a Rebellion card. I have this card because I was running out of time and chose this card in a hurry.

Round 1 My team struck first and killed the enemy bear.
Round 2 The rest of the enemy team got killed. My team is still complete.

This battle was an easy win for my team.

In the next fight, the battle rulesets were Noxious Fumes, Even Stevens and Up Close and Personal. I have the Eternal Tofu for summoner because of his Thorns. I have Kralus who can heal. I also have Olivia hoping that she can copy useful abilities. Again, I have a Runi in my team.

The enemy team has Quora Towershead. I also use this card in my battles. She can heal herself and can attack with magic and melee.

Round 1 The enemy killed my ram but his unit also died because of Thorns.
Round 2 My enemy's Unicorn Mustang and Pallus was killed. None of my units died in this round.
Round 3 My Kralus died and Olivia the Brook was face to face against Quora. Olivia copied the healing ability but was dispelled by Quora.
Round 4 An exciting round. Two of my units died including Olivia the Brook. Quora is a strong unit that can heal herself and I thought that she will win. Thanks to Runi and Parasitic Growth that both have high melee damage. They were able to win against Quora.

The next battle is amazing. I have not used these units before so I was surprised by how good they were. Coeurl Lurker is hard to hit with six speed. It also has Dodge and Phase that all attacks can miss. Coerl Lurker is also healed by Byzantine Kitty, Angel of Light and Truthspeaker making him hard to kill.

Round 1 The enemy's Hydra died quickly while my Coeurl Lurker was dodging enemy attacks.
Round 2 My team killed the enemy's second unit while the enemy keep missing attacks against Coeurl Lurker. He is really slippery and cannot be caught.
Round 3 Another enemy unit was disposed while my team is still complete.
Round 4 Game over. Another perfect win for my team.

I'm grateful to Lux Aeterna Guild for letting me join this private tournament. I was able to use legendary cards at their maximum level of power. I hope I can join the next tournament.
