Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report: 1st Place!
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and members of the Hive gaming community! Welcome to another battle report from the Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. Our guild is all about enjoying the game, having some friendly competition and earning rewards along the way.
We take part in the weekly Guild Brawls against other guilds and players. These weekly battles are a great opportunity to test our strategies, experiment with our lineups and see how well we can perform under competitive conditions. Aside from the rewards, brawls are also about contributing to the guild and helping the team achieve better results each week.
Here is our battle report for this week's brawl, including our performance, battles and the rewards we earned.
Overall Guild Rank: First Place
We're back on top! We managed to secure first place with a huge lead of twelve wins against second place guild, Druids. It a nice feeling to win but my own record is not as good.
Top Brawl Participants
I did badly in this brawl with a record of four wins and three losses. It hope I can improve my record in the coming brawls.
Selected Games
Here I present one of the games that I won.
A game with no healing allowed so I avoided using the Green element and healing tanks like Quora and Dread Tafarian. Instead, I chose Blue with high magic attackers. My gladiator card was an epic with four melee attack.
My opponent also had Blue element and the same gladiator. His is better with five attack. But, I had more magic units in the team which I think gave me the advantage. He chose Aimee Whisperwind which was only level one. My team was better and won.

Spending the Rewards
I had 7k+ merits to spend on three gladius packs.
Whoa! I got two gold cards. This is one of my lucky chest openings but I wish to get more legendary cards in my next chest openings.
Conclusion
We earned 5,722 merits and 43 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.

If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
As a guild member do your part by having the right cards and showing up in the fray you have joined in brawls.
