Finished the Season in Gold III Again
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! I finished the season in Gold III again, earning many glint tokens and SPS during games.
I already have some good Escalation cards that were donated by my guild mate and I also bought cards to strengthen my team. They were a mix of Escalation, Conclave Arcana and Foundation sets that I use in my everyday games.
During the season, there were level two legendary archons that were made available in our library. I borrowed two and they have further increased my gameplay and made it more fun. My favorite is Dragonlord Mancer. I find this card very strong and gives a strong skill to Bruteborn and Saurians. Its healing and bloodlust skills were overpowered. I steamrolled over opponents with this archon. Elowen Sylphie is just as good, the problem is I don't have enough units to take advantage of this archon. Its strong skill is Resurgence given to two chosen units before the game starts.
I think I will continue to buy epic cards this season. I think they are the best to strengthen my team. I can only afford one legendary draw but I think one card is not enough to make my team stronger. I proceeded to buy epic four epic draws.
When I opened the chests, I got two BCX of dragon card Joraki Venshiro, Voss and Tandi Janda. I Joraki Venshira and Tandi Janda from last season. The new card is Voss, a Fire card.
So now I have six epic cards with three cards missing one copy to level up. Tandi Janda will have the Slow skill when he levels up to two, definitely a helpful skill. Wailworn Specter will get Amplify skill but I think it's not as groundbreaking as other skills. Joraki Venshiro will get Blind, its a good debuff skill to make the opponent miss attacks. Saltwraith Pirate will increase his attack at level two but no skills will be added.
Next season, I will keep buying epic chests to level up the ones I already have. I also want to get the epic Life card that I haven't got yet. It's a magic attacker and looks strong.
