Splinterlands Water Focus Reward Chests! - Improving My Deck

Hello friends! Back again with my little progression updates around re-joining Splinterlands!

I've found the water and earth splinters to both be the easiest, for some reason fire and life I can't get the hang of at all. And death is somewhere mixed in the middle.

I'm still trying to push myself to learn the best positions to play my current cards in, which I don't have too many of but I'm slowly working my way on improving my standing within Splinterlands!

I'm really enjoying these cheap rentals too, quite amazing how cheap some cards are for their abilities!

I am currently pushing 1000~ish rating which would place me within Silver 3 if I had the CP for it. I am thinking of purchasing some cards off the market due to prices being so damn cheap right now especially during all these market crashes. I have my eyes on some cards, just awaiting the seasons end to see what my chests contained as I don't want to over splurge too much on the obtaining CP aspect!

Anyhow! our FOCUS today was WATER and I splashed out a whopping 0.354 DEC on both these rentals.

I actually also rented an extra Sea Monster due to some lag with my KeyChain so we can minus 0.095 off the total of that rental price 😂

With them rentals and cards I previously owned such as Torhilo The Frozen and Djinn Oshannus it makes playing water quite relaxing when you're up again specific opponents!

I also picked up a Tide Biter for $0.41 at the time, its way cheaper now due to the crash as I bought this card yesterday but oh well. Technically, the card was free due to some Credits I had in my account from all the previous daily and seasonal chests I received, thanks for coming in handy all these months later!

And with that, I managed to push myself up to 8 x Focus Reward Chests! I also bumped up my Season Reward Chests by about 8 chests also which I am happy about, hoping for some good rewards tomorrow I can put towards more rentals or card buys!

$0.05 rewards in cards and 35 DEC!

I will happily use this DEC to offset some more rentals for todays Focus, aim to try and push my season rewards as high as they can go for my first season back playing, very much enjoying myself!

I know I shouldn't expect much in the Bronze leagues for rewards even though most people seem to be praising them over higher rewards currently but I would still like to see myself progress and be able to obtain Silver ranking and hold it.

The CP will always be an issue, so hopefully daily rewards could offset the rental costs to maintain my positioning then everything would be peachy 😂
