Bossingclint Brawl Report 12 Dec

Introduction
Hey all, apologies that I haven't been active updating on my brawl result and missed out the last to capture the details and it got reset. The new brawl is currently ongoing as we have already filled up the fray and now pending to put up my lineup for the new brawl. And now, let me bring to you my brawl report for PIZZA 420 The Calzones, the lineup I put up in each match, how the outcome and also as a guild, how did we do from the previous brawl that completed 2 days back.

Brawl Matches

The last one I took up on is a wild bronze fray which mean any card can be used. So let's dive in to the matches I had and do some reflections on how I can do better for next brawl.

Match 1:

Comment: It is a rather high mana match. And I put up the strongest death splinter lineup to fill as much as I could. Looking at my opponent lineup, it does look like a goner. But I was totally wrong, the combination of Uludin Overseer and Scavo Hireling to keep frontline alive was so important. Next is Helheim Demon with Liza Fox taunting and growing to become big hitter to make the match have a turnaround. A fine and unexpected win!

Comment: 2 approaches but using the same splinter. I tried with Quora while my opponent used Katrelba. A boosted Quora when growing up becomes one tough card to face and as long she can hit before Katrelba does, it will be a good win, which she did for me. So glad to be able to use Quora as she is more often than not, locked from being used.

Comment: Both me and my opponent used Quora, I had a few melee cards in my lineup but unfortunately, this game is to be decided by how fast Quora grow from either lineups. Mine didn't grew as fast as I want her to and being overtake by my opponent. Then when my Quora fell, it just gives a signal that I will lose the match. A loss clocked.

Comment: For this I attempted to remove the armour in hope to smash my opponent with 2 Gladius cards at the front with a number of hard hitting range cards. While we almost had it. Opponent had a much stronger lineup with really hard hitting cards that prove too much for me to handle. Another match lost.

Comment: High mana match with blast. I do not have enough to fill the mana base and when I see weapons training on my opponent side, I know this is going to be rough. And indeed I got overwhelmed by my opponent and lost the match.

Comment: First time encountering the Sand Worm. Looks like I am in for a ride and with Arkemis leading the front, this is going to be a tough match to go against. However, again the lineup manage to prove themelves and secure the win for me. Really glad to have won.

Brawl Results

I am assigned 7 matches for this brawl of which I won all 4 of them once again similar to last brawl. (1 fled enemy this brawl). Not too bad, I am getting more wins now. I think with more practice and getting more soul bound/gladius cards, I should be able to do better.

We came in at 8th position again for this brawl, which is better than previous. I want to make sure I continue working on my collection to become more viable and help to achieve higher ranking for the guild. We probably also need more people in the guild to compete as well.
