Bossingclint Brawl Report 11 May

Introduction
Hey all, I hope all of you are doing great this weekend. Brawl report catch up is still on and I still somehow cannot catch up fully. I will continue working on catching up.

Let's get right on into the various matches for this particular brawl that just ended recently.

Brawl Matches

Recently I have been cycling between both wild and modern fray. Haven't found what truly works for me so I will continue tinkering and see how each one works out. So let's dive in to the matches I had and do some reflections on how I can do better for next brawl.

Match 1:

Comment: I did build up my collection significantly and I've put up quite a different lineup which is capable of doing good damage to my opponent. But I was overwhelmed by my opponent whom had a combo planned and my attacks were altered from my initial intent. Match lost.

Match 2:

Comment: With poison, I started with more cards and cards of higher health hoping to turn over what my opponent planned. The damage that my opponent had planned is higher that what I can handle and I lost the match again.

Match 3:

Comment: A match that I planned with 2 heavy magic hitters on my lineup and also they have sufficient health. But against a match where opponent will use healing, I got outhealed and lost the match instead of pushing through fast enough.

Comment: This is tough as I essentially faced the card that I wanted so much to be part of the lineup but unfortunately I couldn't field it. So I guess it is a tough one and no way for me to get a chance to win.

Match 5:

Remarks: For this match, I hope I can use the Moxian Rebel combo together with Captain Katie to get some mileage and overcome what my opponent had lined up. So far it had been a good alternative when Quora cannot be used. It proved to be working well and I finally manage to clock a win.

Match 6:

Remarks: Another time we can use a decent lineup which effectively ensures my Oshannus and its other heavy strikers able to hit hard on my opponent. While opponent also had a nice lineup, the additional repair that Swamp Spitter gave was critical to land us the win.

Brawl Results

I am assigned only 7 matches for this brawl of which I win only 2 out of the 7 matches with 2 additional free win from missing frays from other guild not filling up and 1 fled opponent. Not a real good result as I really need to further improve myself in of collection and game play. Hopefully as Conclave Arcana comes, I can get some new cards to solidify myself.

With just 3 people participating, it is actually tough to get some foothold in terms of wins and this is what is limiting us. My thought will be the need to combine and redistribute which might make things a little better.

Closing
We are not doing well and definitely need more people joining us and doing their part for the brawl and get the free wins. Hopefully we can get more in the next one.
