Keeping the Chaos alive in Splinterlands by opening 50 more packs

I am back playing Splinterlands with a lot of enthusiasm and in order to keep the momentum, I have decided to open another 50 Chaos Legion packs. My goal is to open the entire stack that I have of 700 packs and after this round I will remain with 600 packs to open at a later time. I hope that some shinny Legendaries will great me and I wouldn't mind also some Gold Epics and Rare cards. But nevertheless with each card that I draw, I plan to level up and maybe in some cases I will max them out. And if I don't succeed this way, probably I will go to the open market and buy the difference. This amount of packs and cards gives me enough adrenaline to enjoy the opening, combine them and experiment with new warriors on the battlefield. Motivation is building up, momentum is gained and I keep on going and evolving alongside this great game. So let's go and see what goodies are in place for my army.

Draw 1

The first draw was encouraging with 2x Archons (Tarsa), 2 Epic cards (Insidious Warlock and Forgotten one) and few Gold cards from which 2 were Common (Blinding Reflector and Scavo Hireling) and one Rare (Regal Peryton). No Legendary at this stage, but I hope some will soon show themselves in the next unveilings.

Draw 2

The second draw finally got me one Legendary (Legionnaire Alvar) alongside few Epic cards (Djinn Inferni) and a Common Gold foil (Hardy Stonefish). I am still waiting for a Gold Legendary foil but I am not sure one will come my way. But there is still hope as I am moving to the next batch of cards)

Draw 3

The third draw was better than the others as I got 2x Legendary cards (Djinn Muirat and Zyvax Vuul), one Epic card (Acid Shooter) and 3 Gold foils from which 2 were Common (Kulu Swimhunter and Flying Squid) and one Rare Archon (Kelya Frendul). Quite happy about this draw and I just wonder what the next one reserves for me. Hope some crazy draw! 😆

Draw 4

The fourth draw continued with another 2x Legendaries (Carnage Titan - I use quite often this card and Queen Mycelia) together with one Epic card (Magi Necrosi). On this one the Legendaries save it as otherwise nothing impressive in my opinion. But there is still hope...

Draw 5

The fifth draw felt in the beginning like the weakest hand, but some good cards balanced it in the end. On this one I've got another Legendary which is even an Archon (Immortalis), alongside two Epic cards (Temporal Master and Dax Paragon) and a Common Gold foil (Radiated Brute). And this draw closed the unveiling of all 50 packs or 250 cards in total.

While I wasn't lucky enough to hit a Legendary Gold Foil, I've got few Legendaries and Epic cards that I am quite fond of. Next step would be to see together with the other Chaos Legion packs what I can level up and make better use of them on the battlefield. I wouldn't mind ending up with a stronger army in order to earn better rewards. My short term goal is to stake 160k Splintershards on which I think I am missing about 500 SPS and my longer term is to stake 200k SPS. And with each unpacking I believe that I should have better chances to earn SPS from my battles and increase my win rate. And who knows, if I will hit a Legendary Gold Foil maybe I can trade it for some real bucks and level up more cards. That's just a thought and a plan, but nevertheless every card will help in the big equation of so many game modes and land development.
