That is at least a land title 💪.
Most of the time i just use maxed common CL rewards cards (really cheap). Only the 50K DEC is hard, but i do not see it as spending because it staked 😅.
I cannot delegate you some staked DEC for land? (i have some spare waiting for CA).

Yes my already activated lands run on max reward cards as well, I dont think you can delegate DEC but thanks for the offer, tomorrow two posts will pay out so I can make a small start 😀
