Splinterlands Season end reward and New season started

Splinterland game season is over and season-end rewards are distributed. Although its not as exciting as it was before however it's still good to what amount of Glint token is rewarded. This is the token that we can use in the shop to buy whatever we like and now I have already started shopping there. Earlier I tried to accumulate glint balance but not anymore and every season I try to items from the reward shop.

I ended the season in the Champion 2 league with a 4000 rating and this is the first time I could unlock this league after the game changes. Its not easy because there are some amazing players in this league and opening a leaderboard is not easy in this league. Its because players can increase their rating higher and it's more than 8k for many players. I don't think that its going to be possible for me but I am happy to have Champion 2 League unlocked for me and now its time for me to check what amount of glint tokens I received after the season ends.

This season has started and will be ending in 12 days and 12 hours approx from now. This is a good time for us to start playing again and increase the league and ratings so that in the next season also we can earn a good reward of tokens.

I am buying ultimate chests and trying my luck to see what reward is inside. Sometimes we can earn plot tokens also but I have never been so lucky like but I am hopeful. I bought 30 loot chests and also chose potions to be used.

This is the snapshot of cards I have received out of ultimate chests and its not great but I think not bad either. I got some energy also which is good because this will allow me to play more battles and each battle consumes 1 energy. I have not received any legendary or gold foil today which is like it's not a great day for me but its fine because there is always a better next day. Maybe in the next buy, I get a better reward and I will continue to try.

I keep on adding more sps to stake and today also I am doing whatever is available in my account. I am just trying to increase my SPS holding so that I can reach 200k as soon as p]possible. This time when sps price is low hence this can be easy to be there and this is why I do it a few times in a week. I think that there is no point keeping the sps tokens in liquid instead adding to the stake makes it earn an APR of approx 13% which is not bad.

This is my sps balance and the quantity has grown in the last few weeks but the value is down. The value is down because the price in the market is dropping and I don't know why people are selling this token at this low price which I think is not a good deal because it is the same token that traded for the value of almost $1 and still it has the potential but looks like some people have decided not to hold it anymore and they are trying it whenever they see some spike on the price which is crashing its value in the market. My strategy is to accumulate a good holding for SPS and not to sell because this token utility in the game is significant and with better holding I will be able to earn better rewards in the game and this is why I'm trying to build my holding.
