The Pressure to Turn Everything Into Money / La presión para convierta todo en dinero [ENG/ESP]

Good morning my friends, lovers and my fellow #hive community builders!
It’s another amazing Friday and for me it’s a #TGIF !
I am happy to witness another Friday and it’s the weekend already for some of us or very close for the rest of us.
I think for most of the world the week begins on Sunday then in the formal or working system the week begins on Monday, Thats why we hear things like « within two /3 working days » so with that being said I am bringing to our remembrance or knowledge that we have been working since the beginning of the week! For some of us we have worked five days while others have worked for six days(those who still works on Sundays like my uncles) so we should reduce the pressure and rest!

Everyday cannot and shouldn’t be monetised! Even if we can we should at least take some time to rest and take off the pressure from our minds and shoulders, that alone is more productivity and what exactly is more productivity ? More money! So many statements, movements and situations of today has made us feel or believe that we are behind when we rest or when we are not making a money move every second or each hour but thats not true.
Well are we resting today or still about chasing money!? It’s Friday already so please I encourage us to rest and recuperate, that way we would have more energy to get into the new week! These days it feels like everything has to become a source of income.If you enjoy something, the next question becomes how can it make money and that’s true, I have experienced it as a kid until my teenage age and until now but the only difference is that I know when to keep doing things for fun, relaxation , and passion and by so doing I am training myself for better monetisation!

In this generation, Hobbies are no longer just hobbies but they are now potential businesses. I have always been forced and compelled to sell off my artworks in exchange for money or services but in my mind and in my head, also deep from my heart I already knew that those works were not the standard I wanted to ascertain but others don’t know because they are not the artist. As long as it’s appealing to them they feel it’s the best commercial standard.
Let me tell you a secret: 🤐 (If I had showed my low quality works on the public display many people would have believed that those low quality works were my best and my standard so I would be thought of that way and sometimes some people get to see you once, so take your time to show your best don’t rush.)

Take away the pressure to always monetise everyday or immediately. While this mindset can be useful, it also creates pressure. It takes away the freedom of doing something purely because you enjoy it, Thats why I love myself, I am hardly pressured. When I came on hive I was jealous of those writing 3 times daily but I later realized that quality matters and here I am loving the quality of my write ups and reputation even if I don’t write everyday.

Like I said before, not everything needs to be monetised, for me some activities are valuable simply because they bring peace, creativity or happiness and that’s what matters most. Elon musk didn’t come this far because of pressure but because of passion and creativity.
When everything becomes about profit, passion can slowly disappear thst is why sometimes it’s important to keep certain things separate from money.

¡Es otro viernes increíble y para mí es un #TGIF!

Estoy feliz de presenciar otro viernes y ya es fin de semana para algunos de nosotros o muy cerca para el resto de nosotros.

Creo que para la mayor parte del mundo la semana comienza el domingo, luego en el sistema formal o de trabajo la semana comienza el lunes, es por eso que escuchamos cosas como "dentro de dos /3 días hábiles", así que con eso dicho, ¡estoy trayendo a nuestro recuerdo o conocimiento que hemos estado trabajando desde el comienzo de la semana! Para algunos de nosotros hemos trabajado cinco días, mientras que otros han trabajado durante seis días (aquellos que todavía trabajan los domingos como mis tíos), ¡así que deberíamos reducir la presión y descansar!

¡Todos los días no pueden ni deben ser monetizados! Incluso si podemos, al menos deberíamos tomarnos un tiempo para descansar y quitarnos la presión de nuestras mentes y hombros, eso solo es más productividad y ¿qué es exactamente más productividad? ¡Más dinero! Tantas declaraciones, movimientos y situaciones de hoy nos han hecho sentir o creer que estamos atrasados cuando descansamos o cuando no estamos haciendo un movimiento de dinero cada segundo o cada hora, pero eso no es cierto.

Bueno, ¿estamos descansando hoy o todavía estamos persiguiendo dinero? Ya es viernes, así que, por favor, nos animo a descansar y recuperarnos, ¡así tendríamos más energía para entrar en la nueva semana! En estos días parece que todo tiene que convertirse en una fuente de ingresos. Si disfrutas de algo, la siguiente pregunta es cómo puede ganar dinero y eso es cierto, lo he experimentado de niño hasta mi adolescencia y hasta ahora, pero la única diferencia es que sé cuándo seguir haciendo cosas por diversión, relajación y pasión y al hacerlo, ¡me estoy entrenando para una mejor monetización!

En esta generación, los pasatiempos ya no son solo pasatiempos, sino que ahora son negocios potenciales. Siempre me he visto obligado y obligado a vender mis obras de arte a cambio de dinero o servicios, pero en mi mente y en mi cabeza, también en el fondo de mi corazón ya sabía que esas obras no eran el estándar que quería comprobar, pero otros no lo saben porque no son el artista. Mientras sea atractivo para ellos, sienten que es el mejor estándar comercial.

Déjame contarte un secreto: 🤐 (Si hubiera mostrado mis trabajos de baja calidad en la exhibición pública, mucha gente habría creído que esas obras de baja calidad eran mi mejor y mi estándar, así que me pensarían de esa manera y a veces algunas personas llegan a verte una vez, así que tómate tu tiempo para mostrar lo mejor, no te apresures.)

Quita la presión de monetizar siempre todos los días o de inmediato. Si bien esta mentalidad puede ser útil, también crea presión. Te quita la libertad de hacer algo puramente porque lo disfrutas, por eso me amo a mí mismo, apenas estoy presionado. Cuando llegué a la colmena, estaba celoso de los que escribían 3 veces al día, pero más tarde me di cuenta de que la calidad importa y aquí estoy amando la calidad de mis escritos y reputación, incluso si no escribo todos los días.

Como dije antes, no todo necesita ser monetizado, para mí algunas actividades son valiosas simplemente porque traen paz, creatividad o felicidad y eso es lo que más importa. Elon Musk no llegó tan lejos por la presión, sino por la pasión y la creatividad.

Cuando todo se trata de ganancias, la pasión puede desaparecer lentamente, por eso a veces es importante mantener ciertas cosas separadas del dinero.
