[Zingtober] HEAVY: Mage Walle Dragging Her Familiar

It's time for another post Zingtober. The prompt this time is HEAVY and this is my entry.

A few months ago, I created a fan art of Walle. It was a cute water mage with a whale familiar. This was what I made last time...

Although I made minor changes, I decided to use this fan art I made last time to create my entry today. I thought it would be cute for the familiar to be acting up, so the water mage couldn't do anything but drag it to where she wants it to go.

Well, she could have used her magic, but she didn't want to accidentally hurt her familiar, so she did it manually using a rope. lol

Anyway, here are some of the screenshots I took of the process.

First with the sketch... it took me a while because I am multitasking. I've been drawing while rewatching Prince of Tennis. hahaha Well, even as I am typing this now. XD

Then, I added the base color. This time, I used blue color scheme, just like the painting I did last time.

Next thing I did was add some small details and shadowing. I just did it quickly using the airbrush.

I didn't have much time to make a background just like my previous entry, so I chose a special brush that creates bubble and water droplets and customized its colors and sizes. Then, I set the opacity into a much lower percentage than my subject... and finally, I added my signature.

I couldn't make a GIF version of my artwork this time. I usually use a software on my PC to create one, but I am just on my tablet this time, so I could watch anime at the same time. lol

Oh well... I'll end my post here because the games are getting more exciting! 😅
