WALLE as a Cute Mage with Whale Familiar (poster paint)

It's been quite a while since I made fan art for Holozing. :) I've done Wrackoo and Infurno before, so this time, I decided to create a fan art based on Walle. You can check starter characters here.

Here's what I came up with. :)

Whenever I play games, whether they're RPGs or MOBAs, I mostly use mages or support characters... and I especially like it when they have cute familiars, so I created my fan art in this style.

Now, allow me to share some photos of the art process. :) I used poster paint on a 10 x 10 cm watercolor paper for this. ^^

Here's the pencil sketch... I erased it a bit before brushing the whole paper with water.

After I did, I started with coloring. :)

I originally didn't think of using blue for the character's skin, but I decided to do it when I started painting. I thought that it would be cool to color it with various shades of blue.

As you can see, she's all blue. I added a bit of green for her dress, and then a bit of black for the accessories. Still, everything is with blue. ^^

Next, I added the familiar. This familiar is the one with healing ability, that's why he's the one bringing a staff. hahah

Obviously, they have water-related magic... and she can fuse with her familiar at times. XD

I decided to mix red (which I used for the whale's tongue and a bit for her eyes) and white for the background.

I did some final touches before taking out the masking tape around it. Then, as always, I added my username, signature and the date for today.

And that's it. It's Walle as a cute mage with a whale familiar. Also, the familiar isn't a chef... It's supposed to be a shell hat. hahaha
