It's another beautiful day to share a lovely project with you all.

Let's talk about Mrs Nade's first bubu.

Sometimes, it's hard to convince people that certain styles will look good on them, until they actually wear it.

So Mrs Nade who recently got married stumbled on my walk-in studio and decided to try my brand for the first time.

She told me she had never tried a bubu before and she was wondering if it will look good on her.

She had an event to attend and wanted to look comfortable yet simple.

I suggested she rocked this and she finally agreed to it.

I swung into action. The fabric is an African print, very colorful and the texture is of a very good quality.

I folded it into four, made a very cut out neckline and I used my black crepe to create a design on the neckline.

I used pins to secure it. Sewed it and sewed the sides.

It took me less than an hour to achieve this.

When I was done, it was quite beautiful but I felt the need to spice things up.

I made a bow from the left over black crepe.

I attached it to the front to make it look even more beautiful.
