Hello beautiful community. It's another new week and it's time to share the project for this week.

This is a replica of an outfit I made for a client three months ago. Another potential client stumbled upon it and asked who made it. My client gave her my number and that was the beginning of something new.

She brought in a gorge fabric and rin fabrics. The gorge was to be used as the blouse while the ribs for the pants.

I started work immediately as the paid 80% upfront. I drafted the upper bodice and the pants on two different patterns after which, I transferred to the fabric.

Here are the pictures of the drafted patterns.

I bought this blue big sequin as embellishments on the client's blouse so as to make the blouse elegant. I arranged them carefully on the blouse to figure out the right spot to place it.

Here is the trousers pattern.

After cutting, I sewed on my machine, joining the shoulder to shoulder and doing same on the lining, fixing the Bishop collar, the zipper and joining the pants crotch together.

Here's the up close view of the neckline.

The outfit came out really nice and the only challenge I had while making this fit was attaching the sequin. I do not love hand tacking, but I did it anyway.

The combination came out pretty well and I think I did a good job with patterns on the blouse.

I ensures to place them both on the neckline and the sleeves which made it even more unique.

Enjoy the view.

Here's my pretty client rocking my brand and I feel so excited.

Images used mine.
