[PT-BR/EN] Uma Prosa Brasileira: Reorganizando o nosso servidor Discord.
O legal de viver em comunidade é que, mesmo em momentos complicados, podemos ter algumas ideias maravilhosas. Sejam elas voltadas para a Hive ou para nossas outras redes e servidores, nos quais a comunidade segue ativa, como grupo de Whatsapp e o servidor Discord.
Falando em Discord, estamos reorganizando algumas coisas, principalmente referente às categorias nas quais, dentro delas, temos os canais, os cargos e a visibilidade destes mesmos itens, buscando por uma segurança maior e evitando ataques ou perfis que fazem spam.
Conversamos e trocamos ideias sobre quais canais podemos remover e como funciona o nosso servidor de forma geral. Têm muita coisa para fazer e modificar, mas é divertido ver o pessoal ativo, sugerindo ideias para mudarmos para melhor, afinal, o espírito da Hive é esse, viver e evoluir como comunidade.
Essa organização acontece de tempos em tempos, pois alguns canais se tornam obsoletos e, para deixar o servidor mais compacto, fazemos essas mudanças. Temos canais de convivência, projetos web3, tutoriais e ainda temos que arrumar alguns canais para deixar bastante informação sobre a Hive, para que novatos e veteranos possam tirar suas dúvidas!
Tempos difíceis requerem paciência e união. Nada é fácil e provavelmente nunca será, mas evoluímos, nos adaptamos e assim crescemos juntos. A visão que a Hive nos fornece é que, se um ganha, todos no fim ganham e temos mecanismos que facilitam isso e, obviamente, se um perde, todos em algum momento também sentem essa perda.

We talked and exchanged ideas about which channels we can remove and how our server works in general. There's a lot to do and modify, but it's fun to see people active, suggesting ideas to improve things. After all, that's the spirit of Hive: to live and evolve as a community.
This organization happens from time to time because some channels become obsolete, and to make the server more compact, we make these changes. We have channels for socializing, web3 projects, tutorials, and we still need to fix some channels to provide plenty of information about Hive so that newcomers and veterans can have their questions answered!
Difficult times require patience and unity. Nothing is easy and probably never will be, but we evolve, we adapt, and that's how we grow together. The vision that Hive provides us is that if one wins, everyone wins in the end, and we have mechanisms that facilitate this. Obviously, if one loses, everyone feels that loss at some point too.
