Elderberry is a great fruit and source of antioxidants. As are blueberries for that mater! I firmly believe that in the end you are what you eat, and if you are taking in enough healthy fruits you will be less prone to inflammation. The added benefit is a better immune system. So keep it up! Some of the other ingredients in there are good too, all very anti-inflammatory, looks like the Mrs. found a nice local product!

Yes, I noticed that it had quite a few things in there that are helpful. The apple cider vinegar for sure and the local honey as well. I love finding natural remedies like this.

I take apple cider vinegar every day, usually right before lunch. Local honey is also a smart bet, I really don't use that often enough. There is some that comes from citrus orchards around here that is really good!
