Well building new home is an expensive proposition... In fact I find the best deals in Seattle real estate are homes that are overbuilt and over upgraded you can buy those amazing places at fraction of the cost to build that...

We don't have much like that around here sadly. My hope is that if we move again it will be our last time, so I am kind of being a bit picky about all of it. It's not like we have to move, so we have time to wait for the right thing.
