Looking Ahead

As the year is coming to an end I couldn’t help but think about a few things. Well, first of all I have always made sure that at the end of the year I have a post or blog that recaps what happened in the year and also things that I look forward to in the new year.

This post will not one that’ll talk about the things that I look up to in 2025 but it’ll talk about things that happened this year.

This year started with as fast as I had imagined. To be honest I kind of knew I’ll be in a situation like this before December actually. Why do I say this? Well, last year October I was preparing my final project work for my first degree in computer science at the university.

I didn’t have a very good feeling about it as I’ve always been like that. Milestone achievements have never seemed to move me so it was like any other day to me. It was a quick one as I had to hurry and get home so I could submit my form to the agency that I wanted to do my national service. It was a quick one and fast forward I worked there for a year.

Well, working there was nice while it lasted as well. As much as I liked working there it also slowed me down a lot. Working there made it virtually impossible to post as regularly as I wanted to. I could only make up time to play spl on some days and for the rest of the days I was mostly tired. Finishing it has placed lifted a certain burden off me at the moment as I have some time to explore Into the things that I’ve wanted to for some time now.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like that I am unemployed but I think it’s the least of my worries at the moment. Saying it’s the least of my worries doesn’t mean that I wouldn’t take up a job opportunity when it comes my way lol.

At the moment I am on the look out for more web 3 opportunities. Putting myself out there has been of great help at the moment as I strive to acquire new skills. At the moment I am planning on picking up a new skill which I think will help me in my web 3 journey. I want to be as involved with the blockchain space as I could be. I want to be part of some of the teams of some blockchain spaces if my skill set will allow me to get there.

If the skills that I have can’t I am gearing up to be as good as what they want. One will ask if there are any opportunities on web 3 but boy I dare say there are a lot of opportunities flying around everywhere and all you need is to have the skill.

Also at the moment I am not trading. I am not in the right frame of mind to trade as I have noticed it myself lol. One will say it’s normal of every trader but for me I think I need time off lol. I don’t like that trading has become a thing of gambling my money away so I’d need to have a rethink lol.

Life is happening at a fast pace. One that we thought will take more years to get here but we are already there.
