Is bad government truly our problem?Hello, my beautiful friend. Hope you all are doing well. Thank you for stopping by my blog today. It my first time posting in this community. Hope I'm welcome.
Everyone is complaining of bad government, how things are not working well, people are suffering, graduate everywhere, and no job.
So is the government truly our problem? Well, to me, I think everyone is responsible for whatever is happening in the country today. You know why?
Because every opportunity an average Nigerian gets today, he or she misuse it. Now, just imagine a few days ago, a form from the federal government came to the public to be shared among people, it is said that the president wants to share some money to the vulnerable people, but some people hijacked the form and were sharing it with family members alone. Who do not truly need that money.
Is it fair like that? Not just that, but some time last year, we applied for a federal government program called NDE, which means National Directorate of Employment. We applied for the program online; it was meant to help train unemployed young people to be independent. Even without a white-collar job, one should have a side job, something like handiwork or business to do, that can be a way of earning money.
At the end of the day, the people from the office gave only their family member the big slot because of wickedness and greedness. And this is not the first time that such thing is happening.
And I asked again, is government truly our problem in this country Nigeria? I think the answer is no. I know that even the government have their bad side oo but we the average people are also contrubuting to our hardship in this country. We all are responsible for the hardship in this country, Nigeria, and I pray that the real changes happen soon. Because if these continued, I don't know what the future of our dear children could look like.
And the change has to begin with me and you, not just from the top government officials. Thank you for reading through.
