But when the only criticism he gets in response;

So perhaps the speaker does not know that he is not just commenting on the food, but is wounding someone's passion, hard work and sincerity .
Make corrections, but do not close the doors of praise. Because where motivation ends, passion dies, love weakens and hearts learn to be silent .
Remember, sometimes two words of praise can do what no great blessing in the world can do, and sometimes unjustified criticism buries all the beautiful feelings inside someone .
Before finding a deficiency in someone's hard work, be sure to see their sincerity; because killing emotions also hurts, only its wounds are not visible.
