Your Crypto Plans For 2025 .:. Hive Humpday Hangout Ep.37 (Wednesday, January 29th, 5 PM UTC)

Last week we had a guest in the #HHHLive show, and two times before that we had 2 Special Edition shows in a row, so I suppose that we should have an "ordinary" show this week, with a topic...

I know that not many people are creating (yearly) goals, but I found them very useful... Not just here on the platform, but also in life... Despite "not having" them in the form of written plans or numbers, I suppose that we "lead" ourselves in some "unwritten" direction... If not, why do we do what we do?

Recently, I have created plenty of crypto-related content here on Hive and I have to say that I enjoyed all the interaction in the comment section and the different points of view that many of you left... In the last post I mentioned some meme coins (including TRUMP coin) and we had a parallel discussion in multiple comments by different people about the same thing...

"Why would someone buy a meme coin?"* Of course, there is no one answer that "fits them all", but rather different answers with different objectives... Different objectives? That sounds like a good answer to the question about plans or goals... If you have an objective, you have a goal, and that's always great to have...

But it looks like there is a specific group of people who don't have that... Impulse buyers of meme coins without a clear idea of what they want to accomplish with them? When to buy? When to sell? How much to profit? How much to lose? Sound familiar? For traders, it would be trading without the TP (take profits) or SL (stop loss)... If you don't have a clear objective, it's impossible to REACH it! It's a moving target!

All that gave me the idea for this show's topic... As #HHHLive is an interactive show where we have a continuous discussion among participants (in voice or chat), we can help each other to CREATE those VISIBLE objectives... Even by sharing our personal goals, or directions, we could help out someone else who is just wandering around...

Did you ever watch some quiz on TV? Almost in every quiz, the first question for competitors is "What will you do with the money prize if you win? In the beginning, I found that stupid, as it is a personal thing and one doesn't have to share it with everyone... But, on the other side, it is a GOAL and OBJECTIVE, and when you PAINT IT out on the wall, it becomes much more powerful! It creates a motivational effect and it helps participants to do their best to achieve their goal, even if it is a small one... It gives a PURPOSE for competing!

So, let's try to do that in the next show... Let's try to clarify to ourselves what we want to accomplish here...

• What do you expect from your crypto journey? What would you like to accomplish with your crypto accumulation? Do you want to pay something with earnings, or to improve your life, your skills? Or to secure your pension?

• Let's be more exact and talk about HIVE too... What is your objective on HIVE? What do you seek in content creation, gaming, De-Fi, or just interacting on this chain? Did you find your PLACE on HIVE?

I know that these questions could be complicated to answer, but I think it's important to talk about them... It could help a lot if we find answers to them... Of course, there are other questions that we could ask ourselves, but I will leave some space for you to ask them in the show...

How was the last show? I would say that we had a fantastic one as we had a special guest in it, @tibfox came to talk with us! We had almost 20 people participating and I would say that we learned a lot about @BuzzParty, Hive meetups, more details about the upcoming Hive Creator Day in Graz, and some organizational stuff...
