When you are getting older, the ability to learn new skills and to acquire new knowledge is getting harder and harder... Especially when you have that cozy feeling of being deep in your comfort zone... Why the heck would I go outside when it's so cold and freezing? I have everything I need at home... 😃

Well, the same happened to me... I heard about powerful AI things a long time ago, but somehow, I never had time to research them, to learn more about the topic... I "blame" @achim03 for finally getting me into this powerful world... Recently, he was deep in the AI rabbit hole, and he was sharing all the good stuff with me, filling my head with nano bananas, OpenAIs, Groks, and other strangely named AI tools...
The part of the "hesitation" problem was coming from HIVE... There was/is a big pushback toward using AI tools on HIVE, and I was part of that too... How wouldn't I be when people were going to AI, ask 1 question, and copy/paste the complete answer/post here on HIVE pretending it's their... But, like any other tool, AI can be used in different ways...
Yes, YouTube (and the Internet) is flooded by AI content, that's true... Being on the web from the very beginning gives me a different perspective towards the current AI-related stuff and discussions... I remember the "wild west" days of the Internet when nobody cared about plagiarism, copyrights, etc. You would have the SAME post published on hundreds of places... As the Google algorithm was in the early stages, it couldn't figure out who was first, who was second, etc. But, when that happened, everything changed...
Of course, AI is a different story, but the PRODUCT isn't that much... It can camouflage your content to look like it's written by a human, and that would be better and better as time passes... The Internet will be flooded in AI content (already is), and then...
The "human touch" will become more important as it will give the "uniqueness" to the content, to the product... The same as in the past, the person who published something FIRST will be rewarded, the rest will slowly die...
Darn, I moved off-topic and missed the point of my own post... 😃 The point is to use AI as a tool for research, for learning faster, for gathering information... When you have all that in one place, you can create YOUR OPINION, YOUR VIEW regarding the subject... Do you remember that corny phrase "Do Your Own Research"? Well, that's exactly what you have to do, embracing AI tools for research for creating YOUR OPINION, or to present it!
I suppose you will see more topics about AI on my channel as my first impressions are very strong!
Let's see the WorkerBee Pool numbers for this week...
This week, we have mined 107 BEE tokens in total, 22 more than the week before! It looks like, recently, we are on the rollercoaster... 😃
This week, we didn't get new delegators! But we got some new delegations from old members, as usual! Thanks, guys! Appreciate your support!
This POOL doesn't have fees, and you get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!
What about the bonus tokens?
This time, we are travelling to the @Liotes planet, distributing the "local currency", LEN tokens! This project is run by my already mentioned friend, @achim03, and me, with the main idea of sharing revenue among people involved in the project... Rewarding people for interacting with the project, for being engaged, for growing their HIVE stake, etc. Combined with regular LEN token burns, the value is preserved and slowly grinding up...
There will be distributed 150 SPS tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
77 LEN tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 13.866%, and when we added the bonus, it went up to 16.635%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...

You're so right about getting older and how hard is it to learn new things. Back in the day, I could learn so many things in a day,nowadays, my time is limited and my brain felt like it's honda bike from the 70s.
I simply learned these days AI is used in a lot of enterprises as well. So, yeah it's everywhere. I even saw today how one of my manager reviewed my documents with AI, that was pretty cool. I guess by day, it's getting more accepted to make our lives easier.
Hehehehe... You are still young... 😃 Imagine how it will be in 10-20 years... Or better, don't imagine... Enjoy the moment(s) 😂
I'm slowly researching different AI tools, and every next one I discover amazes me... lol... For example, if I had https://notebooklm.google.com/ while I was young, I would have finished 2 University degrees... Such a great tool for learning!
I notice that I am using AI more and more. For me, it is a tool.
Firstly, because I am not a Luddite (nor a hypocrite like some people in Hive, but I won't go into that here).
Secondly, mainly when translating, I use Grammarly and Deepl, both of which have AI in the background, and the main reason for this is that it makes my English more understandable to others :)
And thirdly, because I believe it increases the scope of what I can create in this digital environment.
I now create images and music for my own needs; I don't need any free archives. I haven't tried videos yet, but I follow @achim03, who has excellent posts about this topic.
AI is everywhere around, and it is here to stay... It would be crazy not to use it... In the end, if you want to progress and thrive, you have to ask questions and ask for help... Instead of paying real people, AI can do the job!
I completely agree. On the other hand, at least in music, as I see it, live performances by musicians will become more appreciated. This plays into my hands.
I agree with you that AI and Hive don't go too well together but I think that avoiding AI for this reason is not the best solution because AI will and already is changing a lot of things. It's great to see how you are plunging into it :-)

AI can be a great tool if used with respect , i use it often for banners and avatars just for the fun of it to see how the AI implement my ideas into something visual .

I think it is simple to settle into a routine and avoid from new challenges, but exploring AI can truly lead to fresh opportunities for growth and understanding.
I have no idea why I was procrastinating so much to begin using it actively... Can't believe that just a week ago, I would go to Google to search for some answers, going from one result to another, opening links like crazy...
It's super easy to get a valuable answer from AI without too much hassle... So much saved time!

I haven't delved into using AI for creating video, but I created at least a dozen projects with AI (code I mean), some built on many successive iterations. Once you figure out the process that works for you, this is a great tool.
I didn't dive into AI video creation either (yet)! You probably have done much more than I as I'm still in the learning phase, absorbing the information, and searching for the "best fit" for me and my skills...
