Regarding your reflection... I do agree with you that the current state of HIVE (frontends) isn't comparable to Facebook at all... Those are 2 different kinds of beasts, but... I wouldn't exclude the possibility of getting something similar... Not saying it will happen, but saying it is possible... Hive, as a blockchain, has almost everything that would be needed to get there, but our weak points are the frontends... Comparing Peakd or Ecency with FB is ridiculous, but comparing the "look" of Snapie or Liketu is a different story...
The "only" thing they are missing is views... and easier account creation..

A day out in the field exploring and discovering a curious flower: Celosia cristata (Eng - Esp) by @belkyscabrera

You had to travel a long way, many kilometres, to find this beautiful flower, but it was well worth it. The countryside offers a great deal of peace and quiet, as well as species that only grow there, perhaps because of the climate and the humidity. The rain helps to make everything look so green, vibrant and beautiful.

Unforgettable TV commercials from my childhood by @duskobgd

What a fabulous list of TV adverts, they’re all lovely, each in its own way. I love the first one about the ice cream, with those cartoon characters. It seems as though the old adverts were better, or perhaps that’s just what we say now that we’re a bit older. The truth is, they stick in your memory; years go by and they’re still there.
I really liked the story you told about the sweet advert and how it evolved in line with political and historical events, as well as the fact that they’ve swapped, shall we say, one thing for another. And yes, that advert is very short; I prefer the second one.
The most spectacular ones are the adverts featuring artists, singers and actors, they’re so well done; I’d never seen them before. No wonder they’re your favourites.

Visiones Perezosas de Zapatrusta [Es-En] Lazy Visions of Zapatrusta by @felixmarranz

A piece that weaves together mystery, poetry and words that come and go amidst the dark hours, when beings from another realm make their presence felt before that door, where one looks and seems to catch a glimpse of that figure. I choose the number 27 and the labyrinth of words that flit amongst photographs that give food for thought and invite us to look beyond the simple or the obvious.
