I don't know the answer to your question... I'm not sure whether my presence helped anyone, but often the most important thing is just being there... To offer your time, your shoulder... Sometimes words are superfluous...
But I want to thank you for writing all this... While I was reading your lines, it reminded me of my parents and their "unhealthy" relationship; it reminded me of some people very dear to me, and reminded me about myself... I know many are struggling with similar issues and doubts like you, and many will find comfort in your words... Hopefully, it helped you too when you wrote down all this...

Your writing is exemplary. I love how you blend suspense and mystery, not just from a scary story but from life itself, with poetry and beautiful language, which is often lost these days. Everything we experience, from a storm to a power outage to a flight of stairs, may seem insignificant to some and frightening to others; it all depends on that inner self you speak of.

Who is Responsible for Littering? You or Me? by @tahastories1

I’ve always believed this is everyone’s responsibility. I know there are people who make a real effort to keep spaces clean, whether outdoors or even indoors. I hiked up the mountain on Sunday and had to throw away trash left by some guys who’d been eating up there—stuff that could even start a fire in this heat—and today at the gym, I picked up a candy wrapper someone had dropped. Still, I wonder if it really makes a difference, since a few people can’t do all that much. I’ve visited other cities and noticed there’s more awareness in some places. I wish this mindset were universal.

Is This the Beginning of Evergreen Income on Hive? by @ekads

I'm very excited about this new addition to 3Speak! It's not something revolutionary, but it's something very much needed for HIVE... Having an additional window for earning money from content is a huge motivational factor for creators to make evergreen content! That wasn't the case with 7-day upvotes, and this could be a real game-changer...
Also, this could motivate others to follow 3SPeak's steps and implement other revenue models in their frontends, communities, etc. Let's see how it goes...

It’s an excellent story, and it’s surely based on a true story. In a hospital in the US, there’s a cat that predicts the deaths of patients; it simply lies down on the bed of the patient who is about to die. In your story, you added the twist that it’s the same cat that switches off the machines and kills the patients; that really is terrifying, because you never know who’ll be next… whoever the cat chooses!
Your stories always have that intriguing twist at the end; it’s brilliant.
