I miss Portugal! A few years ago, we went on a road trip from Spain to Portugal, making stops in Lisbon and Porto... If I knew about this place, I would probably go there, as it looks great! My wife likes castles, and the one you shared is very well preserved... It could be used in medieval or fantasy movies with all those colors... (maybe it was used?)

It looks like we will print the inflation GOD candle this year... It does look scary compared to previous years... I know the conversions can work the other way around too, removing HIVE from circulation, but this prolonged low HIVE price makes an image of HIVE being a token-printing machine... Having an almost 20% inflation rate instead of 5% can scare off potential investors, but also those who are hodling the token too... It's not easy to beat 20% earnings compared to last year...

A great story, I didn’t miss a single word, wondering where the touches of reality were, or whether it was all real, which wouldn’t surprise me. Often we inherit houses or move into houses that belonged to other people, and the houses absorb the energy of the people who live in them. It can also happen that someone has died there and that energy remains imbued in the place.
Now, the line that really struck me, I’d like to know if it’s true, is the one about you being both the strongest and the weakest, because it’s exactly as you say. The very fact that we have this power to see things often makes us weak, because those things know we can see them and we act as conduits for energies, both good and bad. We need to learn to ward off the bad ones, and sometimes that isn’t easy.

A memory from Mother's Day—you kept that one under wraps! 😅 Hey friend, you just reminded me that we had a concert dedicated to the centenary of her birth scheduled for the very week the earthquakes hit; it got cancelled, so the only time we've sung her music this year has been in rehearsals—we haven't had the pleasure of performing it in concert yet. You guys sound amazing; I rarely hear choirs with such clear vocals where every single singer has such an outstanding voice—bravo! This is the kind of event I’d attend without hesitation.

They say that mirrors are portals to the other side, and yes, I’ve often looked into one to see if I could see anything beyond, but that hasn’t happened yet, and I hope it never does. It’s also clear from your story that they treated this phenomenon as a mental illness, and I have to tell you that sometimes, not always, but sometimes, people actually do see things from the other side, from the dark side, and they’re real, but they’re treated as mental illnesses.
The decision the protagonist made didn’t stop the reflection from disappearing, so it wasn’t a reflection at all, it was an entity from the dark side. It’s been a gripping and truly terrifying story. Excellent writing,
