I have to tell you that empanadas are my favourite food, my favourite dish from Argentina, and I make them almost exactly the same way as they do there. Of course, the fillings can vary, for example, with the beef filling, we don’t add potatoes, but I’m sure it must be delicious, so I’m going to try making it the way you did. Also, for those of you with an oven, you can make them that way too. I like both methods.
I really liked how you laid out the detailed step-by-step instructions and, of course, the end result, it makes me want to tuck into one right now.

The situation with your son and taking him to therapy sessions is very difficult, as you have to do everything on your own, but I’m confident things will get better for both of you. I’m really pleased that they’ve managed to get hold of and deliver those soft threads for you; your work will be more delicate and beautiful. What a beautiful story! Simple, yet full of emotion and love. I love these kinds of memories, which is perhaps why I started this community. Some photos make us happy just by looking at them, and others, like the first one you shared here, have become a good omen of good luck and eternal happiness for our lives.
